University of South Florida Golf Course - The Claw
Played On 10/03/2015Avoid this course
Avoid this course there has been no maintenance to the course. Grass growing in all bunkers many bare or muddy areas in fairways. Many tees have been moved up to the front tees due to severe damage. Seems like the management has given up on the course.

Ironwood Golf Course

Fun and challenging course but does not drain well. Sand traps very wet. Greens firm but receptive. Staff friendly and helpful. Check golfnow for discounts or call course for specials
The Spruce Creek Preserve Golf Club
Played On 12/25/2014Nice track
out from California, course was recently over seeded for the second time in six weeks (per the pro shop) and in showed on the greens. Course needs 2 to 4 weeks to be in great shape. Fun track and well worth the money, friendly staff. Look forward to playing it again
El Diablo Golf & Country Club
Played On 05/10/2014Great value and challenge
I have never met a nicer staff. Tee boxes and some fairways were bare, but greens in great shape, firm and fast. Bring gps or laser as I found yardage off. Clubhouse caught fire recently, but they have temp with limited product. This is a must play course
Darryl,
I apologize that you were not satisfied in the current condition of the golf course during your round. This past summer the golf course received record rains and flooding. Due to the flooding, the course received severe turf, bunker, and drainage damage. In the coming weeks we will begin renovations to repair turf damage, bunkers, and washed out drainage lines.
I can assure you that no one on this management team has given up even the slightest. We look forward to proving you wrong in that we are the best valued golf course in the area.
Please email me directly the next time you plan on making a tee time. Cgreen@theclawatusfgolf.com
