Had a very nice rime playing here. The course was in great shape, fairways and rough needed mowing and they were doing it today. The greens rolled very true but SLOW.
We were only a twosome so we didn’t wear our mask except when near the clubhouse. Mix foursomes wore mask.
The pace of play was pretty good and we followed 3 duffers most of the day. Played in 3 hours so that was alright with us.

Played On 11/10/2020Perfect Day
My wife and I had a 11:44 tee time yesterday. From the bag drop off to loading up afterwards to drive home it couldn’t have been a better day.
The course layout was very nice. The fairways were green and just a little less than plush. The greens were in great shape if not perfect. They rolled true and held our shots. The rough was ok and not too thick, perhaps maube a little more watering would be welcomed.
Thankfully we had our phones so we could measure distances on 18 Birdies. Being first timers we only had one hole where we drove into the pond. Overall we had a great day.
Bathrooms were opened on the course and also available at the cafe at the 9th hole.
We will be back as the price was right, the pace of play was excellent, staff friendly, cart ran great, sun was shining, what else was there!
Cherry Hills Golf Course
Played On 11/03/2020Goat Track?
We enjoyed our round of golf today. The pro shop person was extremely friendly and polite and even sent us out early.
The pace of play was excellent and we even were waved thru a foursome. It seemed like a private course.
Tee boxes were kind of ratty and the placement of the red tees were friendly. The fairways were very poor and uneven, dry, and barely covered in grass(?). Off the fairways were dangerous and completely unplayable. Squirrel holes throughout the course both in and off the fairways. Cart paths were broken in some places and you had to be careful crossing the roads because drivers dis not want to stop and allow you to cross.
The greens were the best part of the course. Very smooth and soft and you could easily hold the green with your approach shot. Bunkers were hard packed.
If it wasn’t for the nice greens I would say no to visiting again. The people in the pro shop was a definite plus for me.
Thank you for taking the time to review the course. Let us first start by apologizing for the poor experience you had during your recent visit with us. Please know that the current condition is by no means the standard we strive to achieve, and we are currently working towards getting things up to par. Thank you for playing Cherry Hills Golf Course. We hope to see you again soon.

Happy New Years!
A major facelift is needed in every aspect of this course. The tee boxes are horrible. A little grass would be nice. Hole directional signs updated and painted so you can see them.
Have the greens blown off as often as needed. Too many sticks, leaves, bark from the overhanging trees.
Get new flags! They don’t cost hardly anything and they would make a big difference in identifying the location of the green and hole.
The drought has obviously affected this course because it is in dire need of water.
I have to compliment the condition of the greens. They rolled true and people have been fixing their ball marks.
Come to Caliente Springs RV Resort and I will show you what a par 3 is all about. Desert Hot Springs, Ca

Played this morning and had a blast!
Pro shop very nice and people very friendly.
Course had just started punching the fairways on the back nine. They punched and then ran a drag over it. So we played a little toe wedge in the fairways.
Greens are in great shape! In fact they were rolling them today. Talk about smooooooth.
We played early and were a twosome and never had anyone im front or behind us. Which we enjoy!
Foxtail Golf Club - North Course
Played On 09/11/2018Nice day
We had a nice day at Foxtail.
Pro shop guy was very pleasant. We had a t time of 12:20 and had the option of going to the tee early.
The practice putting green resembled to course greens so that was nice. Range buckets kind of pricey. $5 for a small, really small bucket.
Fairways on the front nine South course needed mowing. We played preferred lies so it wasn’t a problem. The South course was backed up and pace of play was slow.
We skipped two holes and jumped on the North course. No body there. We did carch up to a single and just followed him around.
North front nice greens were slow because they had puched amd sanded them. They still putted ok.
Cedar Bend Golf Club
Played On 06/28/2018Best course around!
Cedar Bend is a great little course. Par 3s are just the right length and challending. One par 5 is reachable even for an old man like me.
There is a little creek that winds its way thru several holes. One hole in particular number 7 is a little booger. The creek is right in front of the green and you can't make a mistake on the approach shot. I have lost many of balls in that darn creek.
Number nine is a long par 4 and a great closing hole.
The course is easy to walk and a cart is not necessary. Pace of play is perfect.
The only drwaback is that some members jump on the course on number 4 and causes an interuption to he pace of play.
The snack bar makes a a good burger and they have Ardh Rock Brewery on tap! Got to love that!
Thank you for taking the time to review us! Your feedback is valuable, and we look forward to delivering you excellent service again soon. Palm Desert Resort Country Club thanks you!
