Older course. May have been nice once but appears to be neglected.

I always wanted to play one of the courses at the iconic Biltmore hotel complex in Phoenix. Sadly, everything felt worn out…like a cash-strapped muni course. However, there appears to be a renovation project in the works scheduled for completion in late 2023. I’ll give it another try after completion.

Judging by the expensive homes on the course, I’m guessing this golf course was once better maintained. It needs som investment to bring it back.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained layout. My only complaint is that the 3 bunkers I was in had very little sand atop hard clay.
