Nice enough that I bought a lot on my second trip. Green fees are very reasonable for retired couples. retiring in 2 years and will probably build and live there. This is a much better value than any other property around the Dallas or OKC. I think we can play 11 months of the year.

We play a lot we will travel up to 50 miles to play on any Saturday or Sunday. This course is new to GolfNow so we picked it, Our Home course closed this summer and we think we could play here because of the distance and the condition of this course compared to others in our area.

Played on my day off. I have played this course often. it's close to my house. unfortunately they are quite a bit higher on green fees then other facilities in driving distance and don't offer any better experience. I can drive 20 min south and play 18 for $20 and they are $44 so I haven't played there much. I really like the course. Now they are on Golf Now I will play there more.

not knowing the course, the first 9 was confusing, like most 9 hole's they have two sets of tee boxes, unlike most courses the whites are the ladies tees. after we figured that out, there are several stream hazards witch make you layup on some of the holes. they had just aerated and seeded the day before greens were fast but very playable. you should be able to play all day with the same ball. very open yet very nice, like playing in your back yard.

Very nice layout for a 9 hole, hole 4 and 5 are challenging, over a water hazard, the rest of the course is open and fairly easy. overall, I really enjoyed playing there.

The course was crowded for a Friday morning. My son and I don't like to be rushed and we played with some real nice guy's but the grope in front of us were not going to there ball after hitting and getting ready they would sit at the tee box till the grope in front of them were walking off the green. We only saw a Marshal on the first hole. It made for a long afternoon. The roughs were not cut well, and the greens were fast. In my opinion not a good combination. I can live with that but I do better if the first cut is shorter.

Nice course. I really enjoyed it. I have not played much recently, but used to play regularly and have played many courses in the texoma area. I agree that the fees are a little steep. However, I found the course to be much nicer than the ones with the cheaper fees in this area.

One of the best courses in the area. We can usually walk right on and start. Not crowded and a good steady pace. Good fairways well maintained acceptable greens for winter play, expecting them to be much better as spring comes on.
