Each year we usually play here a few times. This was the first time this year and I was surprised to find the course less appealing than all but one of the courses we had already played this year.

I read the reviews about the club and for the most part they were spot on. The staff was a pleasant experience. The course looked nice and well prepared. It played that way. Anything that went wrong was self inflicted. A very pleasant play. The clubhouse was nice as well and the young lady at the bar was personable and professional. Been a while since I came away from a round feeling this comfortable.

We play here at least a couple times each spring. The course is always as good as possible and the staff are top notch folks all across the board. The clubhouse is a huge plus.

I put down great day not because I golfed great. I didn't. It was quite windy and quite cool until close to the end of the round. My clubs took turns forgetting what their jobs were. My putter often did its own thing. I say all this to accentuate the fact that when we finished I felt relaxed and really looking forward to my next round at this facility. It was that enjoyable. Great folks on staff too.

Not my best day by a long shot. WINDY. Course conditions were decent for this time of year. Showed that the course management is working at it.

The course was pretty good-for spring golf. Problems popped up when we, and foursomes in front and behind us, had to sit and wait when the greens sprinklers came on while we were trying to finish our round. This was magnified by the on cart reminder that our pace of play was getting bad and then worse. VERY frustrating.

First of all I want to explain the four stars for course conditions. It is spring time and many different things come into play. I don't think much could be done yet to improve the course. They clearly have been working on the course, and it shows. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Brand new carts were a pleasant surprise and added to a pleasant day of golf. The couple we were paired with were fun to play with. A concentration on pace of play made the round feel more normal when compared to the sit and wait style of some other courses. A great fun round at a very fair price.

Usually a good value. This day there were several groups who seemed oblivious of the fact that there were other groups on the course. At least two foursomes quit and left. We like this course and the folks who run it but pace of play needs to be stressed and enforced.

The course was reasonable for this time of the year. Virtually no bar/restaurant amenities available for after round use. Closed at 4 pm. Really?

Everything was ready for me to have a great round. My clubs and I did not get the memo. Not awful but I don't think I hit two really good shots in a row more than a couple times. The greens were fine and I putted VERY poorly. I will go back there and hopefully play up to the course. It was great-I wasn't.

Chance of rain. It did sprinkle off and on.For an early season round the course was surprisingly tidy. Greens were excellent. Every staff member was friendly and ready to help/answer questions. Prices from the snack bar were very reasonable. We will play this course a few more times before our move back north.

Like most courses right now it is a little rugged due to springtime. Fairways and greens were okay. Roughs were reasonably clean. For the price and the weather it was a good value.

Everyone was eager to help. The course was fully scheduled but pace of play was a bit slow. Not bad just slow.

Over the years a foursome of fellows, me included, have come down to MB to thaw out and get in some golf. We always have a good time here.

The course is easy to look at but tough to play for the first time. We found ourseves hitting our second shots at the wrong green a couple times and several times penalty shots occurred when a great shot found a hazard that was not evident either on the card or by visual inspection. I think 3 or 4 rounds would make navigation much less a challenge. Greens were well maintained and demanded your full attention. We will probably visit this course again before heading north.

The course is long enough and tough enough to challenge any normal golfer. I am 79 but played the white tees. If you are of a similar vintage DO NOT do as I did. The course is in good shape and the greens demand your full attention. Sand traps are quite playable, and I visited several, so you can recover with a decent wedge game. I intend to play there again next week.

First of all we were late for our tee time because we could not find the course. There are two and the one we were playing in NOT on any of the signs. We then were stuck behind two threesomes, wives in front and their husbands behind them, and their pace of play was maddening. There is no marshall. We were joined by another player so we were a threesome too. We were never able to hit two shots in a row without standing around for several minutes. 4 and1/2 hours. The course was fine and fair.

The only criticism is that the greens are not in great shape. For the money it was a good deal.

Arrived early. Quite busy but curteous staff assured us all would go smoothly. We went off a few minutes late and were coupled with a Canadian couple, he spoke English and she did not. They were fun and the language thing went by the boards. I like a fast playing style and they were certainly that. We had a good day on a course that was well maintained. Will i play there again? You bet. The hostess at the 19th Hole was a charming lady from Wisconsin. A great day spent with new friends.
