Mountain course with good layout & great views. Greens were in good shape. Fairways were only average at best…some bad spots! Pace of play was good. Grass portion of driving range closed…it should be opened each day!! Overall not bad for the price!

I have played this course several times in past years. The course normally is in good shape. & good value for the cost. As of early April it isn’t in its normal condition….fairways & greens had little grass. My guess it will take another 4-6 weeks before it recovers!

Los Lagos is a fairly nice course and inexpensive to play. The problem is pace of play is the worst I've ever played. The course starts with Par 5s on Hole 1 and 2. By time we got to the second tee box there were 3 groups on the tee box ahead of us! At each of the (2) Par 3's on the front it remained at 4 groups on the tee box. Every shot there was a very significant wait. I quit after 9 holes & several other players quit sooner. The issues: Course jams as many groups out as possible. Additionally, the course is flat so many golfers are older and still walk. if you play expect a 6 hour plus round.

Course is short, flat & inexpensive so the level of players isn’t great…this results in some slow play! Decent practice type course because it’s inexpensive!

Very Tough Course For First Time Players!!!! A Lot Of Blind Shots And Rolling Hills!!! Shots Are Tough To Find Because Of This!!!! Large Slope Greens!!!! Course Was In Excellent Condition!!!!
Maderas Golf Club

Maderas is an excellent high end course. Course is extremely hilly with oversize undulated greens. Course is difficult so not for beginners. Staff are s extremely professional & friendly!!
River Hall Country Club

River Hall Golf Course was in good shape with extremely wide fairways! Greens are very big, fairly quick. Sand traps were in very good shape. Very little water on course for Florida.

Course has a very nice layout. Reasonably priced course. Very good staff. The day that played was unfortunate because it had rained the night before & was extremely wet...cart path only.

Good course layout, green & fairways in good shape. Traps need some work. Very slow play day that I played. Practice area very, very limited.

Course is a hidden gem. Layout is excellent. Tee boxes, fairways & greens all in very good condition. Staff very friendly. Only drawbacks are location of course is not in best area of Las Vegas & food in restaurant not great.
I actually was being kind on saying food not great. Cheese burger was worst that I’ve ever had at a golf restaurant!!
Thanks for playing at Desert Pines. Its nice toe read you though the staff treated you well while here. The area has its challenges but I hope you felt like you were in a little slice of Carolina while in Las Vegas. Sorry to hear you did not enjoy the food while in restaurant. Was there something specific we can improve on? Thanks.
Old Corkscrew Golf Club

First the course staff was excellent...clubhouse, starter & chart girl (Brooke). Extremely friendly. We asked if we could go out as a twosome & we did. We started at 11:00 am & saw no one on front 9. It was great. Course layout is excellent. It weaves thru the Everglades...no houses. Greens are extremely tricky with lots of undulations. Back 9 is much tougher than front. Overall course was in good shape but not excellent shape. Price this time of year in the Naples area is high but course compared to others we played on trip was worth it. Bring extra balls...you might need them with water on almost all the holes!!
Arrowhead Golf Course

This course is a $40 course charging $130. Nothing at all special about course. Fair condition, fairways as wide as airport landing strips. If you miss the fairway, pick up bowling instead of golf. No memorable holes. 9th hole may be the only legitimate Par 4. I wouldn’t play it again.
