A good course layout with a variety of holes and elevation changes. Not one of those courses where many of the holes seem the same. Greens were in excellent shape with good speed. However, the fairways & rough were not up to the standards you would expect for a Country Club & the standard green fee charged.

Hadn’t played here since last year. The greens have improved greatly with only two greens with a couple of rough spots. Fairways, rough & tee boxes are better as well. Always a nice layout with a variety of holes but you would expect that with an Arnold Palmer course. The only gig was the slow play(4.5 hrs) on a not very crowded course. The starter seemed to want to speed up play but he allowed a foursome that took a 40 mini lunch break at the turn to tee off right in front of us. Surprised that was allowed. Not many courses will allow a stop at the turn unless the course is wide open. Really not fair to the players that get held up behind. Slows play for everyone to accommodate a single foresome . I think the greens fee was reasonable & the value good for the course & conditions.

Course conditions were immaculate from tee to green. Greens rolled true with enough undulations to challenge without making a GIR unfair if you hit it in wrong spot. Staff was friendly & professional. Pace of play was good and we easily finished in 3:45 min. Definitely recommend this course & I look forward to playing here again the next time I am in Sarasota.

Greens in great shape as was most of the course. Driving Range grass was not up to their usual standard. Too much play out of the hitting area before moving the ropes.

Previously, this was one of better courses in the Jacksonville area. Well run and well maintained with the greens always running fast but true. In the past, the ProShop/Management always publicized any issues with the course, ie. aerating the greens or fairways. However, today I arrived at the course and found the greens had been punched & sanded without being posted on the website. Disappointing to say the least. Otherwise, the course was in it's usual well maintained condition.

Course was in excellent condition but nothing outstanding in the layout. No holes that stick out in your mind that you might call signature holes. Lots of undulations on the greens. Surprised & disappointed upon arrival. Was informed that my tee time along with everyone else had been pushed back “because extra players showed up for the 8:00am shotgun start tournament”
Teed off 40 min late and then it was a 5 hour round. Never heard of a course adding players to a tournament without any regard to the already scheduled paying customers. They didn’t even offer a discount for a return play or anything from the snack bar. It was just tough, that’s the way it is. The only people apologetic were the starter & ranger, the ones without authority to do anything about it.

Great 27 hole layout with an excellent variety of holes in wonderful condition. Put your approach shot in the right spot or a 3 putt is a good possibility.

Greens arn't the fastest but roll true and the course is well maintained. Locals called holes 7-9 their Amen corner and 15 & 16 are fun with an elevated tee shot and the signature par 3 with waterfall.

Course has a good variety of holes and plays through a natural environment with out any houses in contrast with the sister Champions course. Only complaint was the slow pace of play. Teed off on a Saturday mid morning and it took 5 hours to complete the round. Saw couse marshals twice but they did not seem to make any effort to speed up play. The second nine took an excruciating 2:40 to play.

Nice variety of holes and well maintained course. You will be glad you played this Arnold Palmer course.

Shorter but tight course bounded by water on most holes. You don't need the Driver on every hole but you will need accurate approach shots to score well.
