Prairie Lakes Golf Course - Blue Course

The course has 27 holes. (Red, white and Blue ) I played the white and blue nines. Both are in great shape. Bring your A-game if your playing from the blue tees. Small greens, lots of water hazards. A fun and challenging course.
Grapevine Golf Course - Pecan/Mockingbird
Played On 02/06/2017One of my favorites.
All three nines are great. They are in the process of upgrading the bunkers which does effect play. But those finished are very nice.
Willow Springs Golf Course
Played On 01/19/2017Not designed for wet conditions
The area in which the course sets has drainage issues. They had experienced a large rain event in the previous week. Water was still standing on the fairways. The front nine has concrete pathways but the back nine does not. They are rocked paths which some are in bad shape. This made for a very muddy round of golf.
The Golf Club At Fossil Creek
Played On 01/16/2017One of my favorites.
Right in the heart of north Ft. Worth sets this gem of a course. The design and layout shows just how beautiful our Southwest Texas landfall can be. Limestone cliffs and slow moving creeks touched by a well designed course.
Riverchase Golf Club

The course over booked. A short supply of carts and the wet conditions lead to a round that took way to long and no enjoyment. Our tee time was 1:23 which turned into 2:15 waiting on carts to come off the course. I left the course at 5:00 and had only played 9 holes. A big problem was no marshals on the course. Get this! They even started some groups off the back 9 during the earlier rounds. How stupid can you get.
Cherokee Ridge Country Club

If you get a chance to play this great course you need to do it. Super lay out, great views, wonderful greens.
Riverside Golf Club

Very enjoyable course. Conditions were very wet from recent rains. It was cart trail only.
The Resort Golf Club

Played the course with a hot special. Greens are small and challenging. Fairway and Greens are good but a lot of the rough areas are sparse. Some areas even having sand burs. Still its a good course, challenging and fun.
Wildhorse Golf Club of Robson Ranch - South/West Course

It's one of my favorite courses. The 9th hole is being redesigned so it is now a temporary par 3. What is to come after completion looks to be great.

Hawk's Creek Golf Club

Has to be one of my favorite tracks in Ft. Worth. The club house is in your view a lot of the round. It's history and character add to the round. The course is in very nice shape for early spring.
Lost Creek Golf Course
Played On 01/27/2015Good track but needs some TLC.
Winter has taken its toll and the course needs a lot of work. Hopefully that will happen with warmer weather.

Very solid course with a lot of challenging holes to play. Everything about the course is in great shape except for some of the traps.
