Played here on 6-20-18 and what a wonderful experience from the time the cart guys greeted us to the pro shop where the pro got us off before a 4 some. The course was in very good summer shape with an excellent quick round and the nicest thing is they have ice ❄machines on the golf course how ausome comes in handy. Afterwards a quick stop in the bar with excellent and delicious quesadas and great service. Truly enjoyed the wicked 6 holes will be back for sure.

The course has shown great improvement in the last year. I actually had written a poor review for this course a year ago because the course conditions and overall experience had declined so much from previous high standards. However course looks like it's back on track fairways green and lush, bunkers raked, and greens that rolled extremely true. Great to see its back to being excellent and its previous top echelon self. Play this course it won't disappoint.

Fun layout in sun city has long par 3s tighter than normal fairways fair greens and pace of play ausome will be back again.

Played this course at like 2pm pace of play was fine meet up with a nice gentleman. However the course is just going downhill each time I play it. I remember when this course was in average condition it was fun and playable but now its barely tenable. I hit it in about 4 bunkers never saw a rake the whole time the sand is never tilled or raked. Lots of burnt out edges on the course the greens are getting even more torn up that usual. I have finally reached the point I wont go back till it gets taken care of the conditions are just to poor.

Greeted by a friendly lady in the clubhouse she informed me I would be the only one on the course perfect pace of play. Greens held were a little slow some burnt out spots in fairway but nothing to affect play ability. Worth your time.

I really enjoyed playing this course again some dry spots on course and greens were aerified 7-10 days ago however healing nicely. Perfect weather great customer service beautiful oustide bar after round. I recommend any chance you can get on this when you can. It can be tight be forwarned so play the right tees.

Teed off at 1am it was 101 outside playing as a single a twosome in their own carts out in front of me never asked me to play though after 3 hours and 12 holes i gave up skipped holes and finished round. Gentlemen inside nice to start out however stated I couldnt tee off and would need to be called to the tee nothing about this course makes sense. This is the typical sun city cringeworthy experience people who have no golf ettiquite dont respect anyone who plays their golf course. Never ever ever go back.

I always considered this course the crown jewel of the sun city area however this time playing I was greatly dismayed. The greens were in poor shape the rough was all different kinds of grass with many long pieces of grass. There was grass in the bunkers also the range doesnt get cut anymore it looks like. Many wear spots by the cart paths just overall the course use to be in 10/10 shape I would say it was in 4/10 shape this year. Many other options in sun city time to move on and find another jewel.

Fun little sun city course good layout of holes staff always friendly very little traffic on the hot days please go somewhere else to play because this is my fun little secret course.

Played the peaks before great course much tighter than the ranch must be accurate. Greens firmer than usual tough to stop the ball. Everything is 5 star about this course however a tad maniacal above driving in the rough could be friendlier about that.

Hadn't played here before nice layout course was in very good condition. Issue is way to many people who live near by just jump in front of you slow pace of play down and have no regard for people who actually paid. I will not come back due to poor experience go somewhere else where 4 twosomes won't jump in front of you.

Usually this course is a little jewel in sun city fun layout many different shots to hit decent challenge pleasant in the clubhouse. However today seriously there were 3 cars in the parking lot however everyone keep cutting us off a 4 some goes off in front of us a 2 some and dont let us pay through till 5. Then coming off 9 a 4 some tried to cut in front of us. To much slowness just want to play quick summer golf. Course in normal good condition greens a tad slower than usual.

Just an awesome course huge elevation changes overlooking Phoenix with many astonishing views. From beginning to end everyone was extremely nice great service. Teed off at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon not a single person in front of us the whole day. Overall course was in great condition greens a little bouncy easily able to roll the balls up onto the greens and a very fair course. The views on 10 were great along with hole 12 which was beautiful. I couldn't would recommend this course all day to anyone.

Not sure I want to do this review because this course is not only in great shape green and lush but the greens were as pure as can be. Played for only 26 bucks no one of the course played in 2.5 hours guy inside was pretty nice beers were cheap happy to have played here and will be back again. Granted this course isnt the greatest layout but it has a good variety and suprisingly lots of water on the course. When we got done with our round at 530 only 2 cars in the parking lol.

I was very dissapointed with this course peoples scales need to be readjusted this is not a 4+ course at all and is definitely overrated. Played this course on a great Saturday afternoon perfect weather overall the course is very tight together any slight stray of shots you could kill someone overall pace of play was okay nice ranger stopped by to check out how it was going. The staff was kind of rude not sure if it was because I was a "civilian" but I would note my wife does work for the VA. I wanted to play this course for a long time heard great things however overrated not a 4+ course more like a 3 peole need to adjust their scales the course was in good condition but the holes are easy and short and to tight together. It was great though with no taxes on anything.

This course is not worth even 20 dollars during the summer had heard some things about this course went to play on saturday no one the course other then the two buddies of the cashier who he let play for free in front of us. Course is very poor brown dead and its not even hot out yet and their are a million stones in every bunker overall poor quality. This is a true 2 star course no coolers on the side of the carts the only good thing pace of play was fast no one out there and the back nine has a greater difference of holes then the front.

Played this course many times pace of play can be brutal at times I always shoot for early morning IE first tee time of day. Staff always has been nice and beers are cheap however sadly this is just and old Country Club struggling to stay relavant everyday I go play they have the 75+ yearold members out there doing something I know they have been through ownerships and tried to reinvigerate the club which I appreciate. Overally course is in usually good shape greens are quick more like a midwest country club then Arizona. I do love this course when I am the first time off which is easy to get. Its worth 30 or less go play and have fun.

This course is really more like a executive course with some long holes average age 70+ slow play poor greens very unintersting holes granted back 9 is more fun and challenging. Not a course for anyone under 60 who is looking for anything intersting.

If you havent played this course your're missing out. I live in Anthem and would join this course in a heartbeat if it wasnt 55 min away. This course every hole is different in very condition the staff is ausome no one was playing cheap beers did I say ausome course. Truly my 2nd favorite course to play out here next to Quintero but a better bar and staff here. Take the time go out and play this course and have a wonderful day as I do.

If you play a draw play this course you will love it every hole on this course dog legs left not sure how that's possible but it is. One of the first tee times of the day overall putting green and range are okay golf course not inviting at all since you cant go bathroom in the club they have a little non member restroom for us peasants that keep their course alive. This is an old time CC holding on needs an infusion of younger people and friendler staff that opens up to everyone. I wouldn't play this course again its very average and I dont hit a draw so I will pass also I am not a peasant and want to use the regular restrooms. Go play somewhere that will the holes are different on and that you are treated like a person not a peasant.
