Greens are so shaggy that you can't get a true roll right now. Maybe that gets better over the winter, but barely playable for now.

Course is in pretty good shape, but greens are bumpy. Fairways are in excellent shape. This is a moderately challenging course and the GolfNow prices make it a great value.

Had heard that TB was not in the best shape but it was good yesterday. Fairways were just okay, rough was short and "friendly", greens were in very good shape.

Course has been recently over seeded, so carts on path only. That was understandable and while slowing play somewhat didn't detract from a nice afternoon. However, the marshall, completely disregarding the path-only rules accosted us on the 14th tee, brusquely telling us to pick up the pace. He didn't spend the time to even determine our pace - just looked up and down the fairway, issued his orders, and sped off (off the cart path of course). Naturally, he was no where to be found on the front 9, as we waited on every hole. On the back 9, a couple of groups dropped out and we were 1/2 - 1 hole behind the group in front. We play Haven at least twice a month and have never had a poor experience until now. Will we keep playing there? Yes - we live in this area and won't let one negative experience stop us from playing there. Would we recommend this course to others? Yes, for the same reasons, but we'll be sure to tell them what to expect when the marshall shows up.

Be careful booking any shotgun start times. These are "fill-ins" when the course is having a tournament but there aren't enough players in the tournament to fill the course. You'll be rushed through your round if the tournament format is a scramble or alternating shot.

Greens in poor shape, tee boxes just dirt on some holes, Course features lots of bunkers, but almost all of them are hard-packed. If you don't have much to do and don't want to spend much, this course will work. If your time is limited and you want a quality golf day, look elsewhere until this course is restored.
