Excellent
Conditions are excellent, greens very well kept, for price amazing. Pace is a bit slow, but expected. Don't expect to finish fast 18 holes in this course, but take time and enjoy due to pace

Slow pace of play
I'm not that great of a golfer, pretty miserable actually. However, main complaint for this course was the pace of play at the time.
We were waiting to tee off at every hole. Took 4.5- 5 hours to finish 18 holes.
Not sure if this was or is normal, but just so happened at the time.
Conditions were okay, only one of the greens seemed to need major work (sand). Pace of the greens were excellent.
I'd come back one day despite the slow pace of play, maybe when I get my game in order!
