I showed up for my 2 o’clock tee time … Checked in and no carts available… for the record they only have 10 carts. Three people in our group… My wife and grandson and myself. I asked when they thought a cart would be available… They said they had no idea? They do not keep track of where people start whether it is off the front or off the back therefore they don’t know who’s coming in or what the situation is with carts/pace of play. I was told by the “manager” that she was in charge and this is how we ran the show. I was told to pay and then I could wait for a car if I wanted to… I said why would I pay if you don’t know when a car is going to come in. What if it’s two hours from now? She looked out on the 14th hole… And said wow why are there three carts on one hole… All in individual carts? I was told if I didn’t like it I could take my business somewhere else… I did. Fair warning

Great value….course is a good layout. Greens were good. Fairways are really rough…a lot of weeds etc.Will play again with a HOT DEAL.

Great course, people, facilities….greens really quick, course a little dry. Ball rolls a long way.

Had a great time…greens were pretty quick and true. Had difficulty getting them figured out. Hitting fairway was important…rough was pretty deep. Got the HOT DEAL…great deal at $19

Always a challenging course. Fairways in fair condition, tee boxes in bad shape, greens recently plugged….still very slow and bumpy. Paid $36, normally $80…good price but still really takes the fun away when not in good shape.

Probably could be a really cool place if better managed. We waited on every hole from the very first shot. Greens were dormant but coming back, rolled good and quick. Fairways and tee boxes were not anything special. Was a very windy day which made the play pretty difficult. Tight fairways in many cases, lined with houses… I would play it again later in the year when everything is green, after calling ahead to find out when to come when not busy.

Enjoyed the layout, challenging but unforgivable. Lots of trees, "old style course". Anxious to play again. Greens were a bit slow but rolled very well and true. Greens are somewhat small making it interesting. Well worth playing, I enjoyed the "hot deal of $34".

First time I played CH in over 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised. The course was in good shape, tee boxes good, greens great--although somewhat soft because of heavy dew conditions they rolled extremely well and somewhat quick, fairways were in fair condition. Pace of play moved very well and nice environment with other golfers. I got the HD for only $15 and it was a steal. Will most definitely play again, course was challenging from the stand point of requiring you to work the ball on several shots. A lot of fun!

All in all the course is pretty good. I got the hot deal for $20 and thats the price I feel good about playing here. The greens are slow and somewhat inconsistent which makes it challenging but frustrating some times. The fairways are not very full. This course always seems to be wet and soft, not sure why because I have played when we have not had rain in days? The folks in the club house all seem to be friendly many are retired folks that volunteer from the village. Its a good course to play primarily because its close by. If the greens were better it really would be more desirable. I would play it again.

I paid $9 to play here and that was a steal. The course is in decent shape. Tee boxes are over seeded right now. Greens are still a little bit hairy because of overseeding. Fairways are ok. The size of the greens is what makes the course difficult. They are really small. Awesome place to practice your game. I will definitely play it again. Not sure I would pay $25 but $9 is a steal. Check it out.

Everything at this place are great....although the greens are a little slow. They overseed so they are true but on the slow side. Great place to play, challenging course but fun to play.

Good course/layout. Condition was good, greens were a little slow but rolled true. I need to play it again. Several of the holes I was surprised with what/where the hazards were. I got the the HOT DEAL for $15 well worth it. They have two courses North and the South, the North is the better one to play.

Very difficult layout....played from the whites because of the people I was playing with. Need to play from the blues, whites didn't allow me to hit the driver much. Very tight, bring lots of balls. I lost one but the people I played with went through an arsenal. Greens were ok, true but slow. Need to play it a few times to really know where to hit to. Last time I played it was about 10 years ago so that did not help much. :)

Condition of course requires major TLC. It looks like the only thing they are doing is taking care of the greens. The greens were ok. The tee boxes and fairways are like hitting out of a bunker. Basically no grass...only thing green is the weeds. Really unfortunate because the layout is pretty good and challenging. I only payed $7 to play with a cart and honestly that is all it is worth. It worked well for us because we had someone in our group that had never played so it was good for that situation. Clubhouse is in terrible shape and staff is basically non-existent.

This place is incredible….from the facilities, staff, course, conditions, etc, etc, etc.
I played here every Saturday and many other days for the last 3 years. Truly a real treat. The club manager Todd M. and his team are second to none. The course is always in great shape from greens, to views, etc. Alway plays quite difficult because of the wind. Challenging but very fun….
