Course condition
Friars fairways were not in good condition. Lots of dirt areas where grass should be. Staff say condition is being addressed.

18th hole was a nice closing hole
Greens were soft but didn't seem to hold very well. Fairways sparce in some areas but playable. Sand traps could use more sand, only 1-2 inches at best.
