Fairways in poor shape largely due to flooding and mud
Greens generally ok but many large areas have what appears to be fungus patches

REPAIR CART Paths-some potholes ridiculous-just fill them in untill full repairs or replacement
Restaurant:
So loud, could barely have conversation-needs some sound softening.
Need cold glasses for beers

Course layout is great. What course needs:
REPAIR cart paths
REPLACE ball washers
ADD parking
Greens inconsistent, some slower than others

Fairways in terrible condition as a result of recent flooding. This will improve. Greens slow and will speed up once they are cut and rolled

Wide open fairways in nice condition, as were greens. Layout nice and interesting. Pace of play good. Need to improve sighnage for first timers. Restaurant next door was awsome and
Not to be missed. Need to make appointment for dinner. Pricing for golf very fair, good value.

Greens in less than satisfactory condition. Roughs are rediculousy high and need to be lowered. Ladies t boxes too close to senior t boxes, making course too long for average women. Temporary green on # 12 should be closer to green under repair, so this par 5 would play near normal.

For most part, fairways in fair conditions, though had to move balls for shot on decent grass. Many t boxes in in terrible shape. Bunkers need more sand, maintenance and rakes. Greens quite small and challenging, and rolling fairly true. Lots of sloppy maintenance in rough areas. Not happy to be unable to drive to driving range, nor be able to hit off grass.
This could be a much better experience if ownerships willing to spend a little more money.

Course condition generally poor and poorly maintained, from tee boxes to roughs. Greens generally ok And true. Bathrooms were disgusting. Signage poor, not enough water on course for drinking. No cart service. Cheap price consistent with conditions.

As a previous owner of this course, I must say that the current owners have done a spectacular job in upgrading the course and adding the amenities that are in progress. So much in life is timing and luck. I had little of both and these fellows have both in spades. Mazel tov. That’s thank you in another tongue.

8 temporary greens. Newly seeded greens look great and will be available in 1-2 weeks. Otherwise course in good shape

They have not improved course in years. Rough has no grass to hit off, fairways generally playable, greens true. Pace of play slow with no rangers. Little services. No one to help with clubs, clean clubs, etc. Won’t go back

Played a year ago and forgot how much I enjoyed course. Wide open fairways in fine shape. Greens challenging and fair. Bunkers disappointing, needing sand and rock hard in many. Also shot my best round of the year

As the former owner of an Arnold Palmer golf course, I have some experience with running a golf course . My overall impression of this course is 1) poorly laid out 2) poorly managed 3) unacceptable pace of play 4) incredibly rude ranger 5) bunkers lacking sand and not raked properly 6) ropes all over fairways making it difficult getting to shorter drives and slowing down play significantly 7)too many blind shots. 8) Very poor value for money paid. I’ve been playing golf for 60 years and this course rates among the worst.
My recommendation to fellow golfers is to skip this course. My recommendation to ownership: tear up the course and build more condos.

The layout interesting and challenging. The bunkers had no sand and were like playing off a hardwood floor. The roughs were horrible, without grass you could hit off. Greens in good shape and very challenging. Overall poor value for fees paid.

Roughs are a disaster. Too many artificial humping of fairways. Variable fairway conditions. Lots of artificially and poorly placed rough areas. Ball washers poorly maintained, some unworkable. Couple of water containers empty. Greens in decent condition. Bunkers not raked since rain. Would not return.
