Overall enjoyable. Apparent that lots of rounds played on this course. Greens were fast and true. Tee boxes and fairways showed some wear and tear. Played the combo tees; good comprise for older players.

Would definitely play again.

First time playing the course. Made the mistake of not warming up. Lots of water requires accuracy off the tee. Layout has many challenges that require good placement on the fairways. Greens recently spiked and rolled at an acceptable level. Several ground under repair areas. Clubhouse is sort of plain but in good shape. I'll be back after some time on the practice range!

My 1st round at Viera East. 8:07 tee time off the back nine. Played the green tees with my newly acquainted playing partner (5694 yds). Next time will play the gold (6449). Green were worn from seasonal play. Mtn begins May 13th. Tee boxes and fairways firm but in good shape. Bunkers transitioning to a softer sand. Clubhouse and Pro Shop in good shape. Carts come with GPS and Pin placements. 3 1/2 round for a twosome. Rangers and staff very friendly. I'll be back after the greens are done.

Enjoyed the course. Heard from others that investment has been made. Tee boxes a little chewed up. Greens in good shape. Fairways were in good shape. Some attention needed around the landscaping off the course. Beverage cart service was good; cart broke down and we helped jump start to get her back to the clubhouse. Pro shop looked decent; didn't use any other facilities. Would definitely go back again.

A short course with devastating greens! I'll come back just to get another crack at the challenging pin placements and tricky undulations. A great course to work on your short game and putting. Lot of par 3's and the rest par 4's.

Overall condition excellent. Greens were moderately quick; pins placements were challenging. Golf cart in good condition but no gps. Clubhouse is clean but very 80:s. Beer prices good.
