Cart attendant was rude af

My friend and his father play here weekly and have been for several years. They and I will NEVER return after the treatment we received from the cart boy. The guy comes rolling around the course at 6 o’clock at night pulling pins and saying the water is coming on soon. We couldn’t finish our last 5 holes because this guy decided to pull the pins early and claim it because the water was coming on. The water never came on and even if it did, how would the water being on effect the flag pin in the hole. It wouldn’t. We asked him about it and all he did was have a smart Alex attitude and smile at us like he had a broken smile that needed to be wiped off his face. I didn’t go to Iraq to be treated like that. I wasn’t the disrespectful one or the one with the attitude. He never apologized or attempted to make it right. When people pay money to play a full round and they are unable to complete said round not on the account of darkness but on the account of lazy employees is totally unacceptable.

The only person that was helpful was the cart and bag staff. The gentleman at the desk wasn’t very personable. It’s summer and I saw the cart girl just twice the entire round and that was just the front 9. Course layout was okay though it felt as if it was kinda thrown together along the canal and under some power lines. Had a hole or two that was covered in range balls at the landing areas of your drive. I play callaway balls and they use callaway range balls so it was an Easter egg hunt locating my ball. Over all it was an okay experience. Not the greatest and would have expected a troon type experience especially being a Phil Mickelson course and located where it was. Had more of a municipal feel. I’d say I played it but not sure if it would be my first mention for courses in the area but we shall see I plan on playing talking stick this week
