Great track and well maintained, the course is located in a wind tunnel, we had sustained winds of over 18 mph all day while only 10 miles away in North Las Vegas it was dead calm. I was told by a local player that it is always windy especially on the Sun Mountain course. But if wind isn't an issue for you go play, but bring a snack the hotdog at the shack was the most I HAD EVER PAID but probably no big deal for the Vegas high rollers.
LOL Had the chance to play with a very nice gentleman who plays on the KornFerry tour. Which will host an event at this venue later this year.

Very well maintained and great layout, tees and fairways were in great shape greens were good but needed to be rolled, the hotdog was way to expensive

This is a nice course especially since it didn't really have that desert feel, The play was about average as far as pace but a bit slow for my taste, the course was in very good shape especially for the time of year. I was lucky enough to get paired with some very nice older gentleman who were local and familiar with the course.
It was a very pleasant round, I wasn't able to test out the cafe/19th hole so I can't comment on that, worth going to play for sure

Sorry to say this course is not in good shape, I feel for the staff, I don't think they have any support, I understand that it has recently been picked up by a new management company and I hope they can get it back in playable condition, I laughed through 4 holes as the greens were mowed to just shy of what a tee box would be and the fairway was not mowed at all, I left after playing only 4 holes. Sorry for the poor review but have to be honest
