Where to start? 80% of the bunkers ( and it has many) have grass growing in them as well as all around the edges. Some even have 6 inch high grass and weeds around the outside of the bunkers. There are 2 small water ponds on the course and both are covered with green slim. Tree lined fairways were very nice, but greens were mediocre . It is a beautIful piece of farm/ horse country land with nice elevation changes. Too bad it is being run into the ground from lack of care and maintenance.
