Could be a great course. Fairways and tee boxes are a little dry and bare. Greens very inconsistent and slow. A few changes the course would be worth the price.

Extremely hot day and no cart service nor ice cooler on cart, unacceptable. They must be waiting for an accident before doing something about that. Course in good shape other than greens. Greens way to slow, need rolled and cut a little tighter.

Excellent greens, nice layout, down hill from there.

Once this course matures it will be a nice place to play. There are two par 3s that are way too short, all that land and have two sub 100yd holes. Alot of construction going on.

Great course, very well maintained They seriously need a course ranger, at times 3 groups on the same tee box waiting

Course needs a little attention, Nice layout, good pace of play. Greens and traps need some work, I would still play it again.

Course was in good shape, greens where in great shape and place of play excellent. Only negative issue was we were off early and playing back nine first, cart girl was sent in wrong direction and reached us on the last tee box.

A least half of the fairways were nothing but bare and sand. The greens where very slow, need cut and rolled. A bright spot was a very friendly staff.

Starting time just before 1pm, took just short of 5hrs. We hade to wait on almost every tee box, greens where very furry and buppy. It's Tuesday and same holes were being used as weekend. No idea hole placement, wasnt 3 like starter said. Layout of course it's nice. Alittle attention to detail, course would be a 4 star.

I understand sometimes after a rain it's cart path only, but this course should of been closed. Yes it rained yesterday, but every fairway was a swamp along with the tee boxes. Your ball stopped if not plugged on every shot. I had to move my ball to the rough on every 2nd ad 3rd shot to get out of the water/swamp. After four holes I had enough, I wasn't going to ruin my shoes and golf pants for this course. Mangement needs to wake up or they are hurting for the dollar.

Nice course, staff very friendly. Would play it again.

Cold windy and wet day, weather was miserable. Other than for the weather great course, from tee to greens. Greens had good speed to them, clean white sand bunkers. A must play course.

Front nine great conditions, overall course a little wet. Greens in good shape, pace was a little slow for an early tee time.
