Arrowhead Country Club

This is a good recreational semi-public course, especially for the money. The pace of play was a little slow. The course was in good shape.
The greens, tees and fairways were all in pretty good shape.
Palm Desert Country Club

Most of the course was in good shape. There were a few tees that were a bit worn. Nice course to play with the wife, it's fairly open.
Falcon's Fire Golf Club
Played On 05/19/2018Nice course, pretty forgiving
Other reviews I read, talked of the water, maybe we were lucky but it didn’t seem that bad. Nice course. Good shape, greens were a bit hard & fast. Play was a little slow but not bad. I would recommend it.
Only thing I might recommend is, tried to get a hot dog or so after 9 & the restaurant/kitchen was closed due to a wedding. (How hard is it to cook up some hot dogs???)
Boulder Oaks Golf Club

This is a good course to play with your wife or son/daughter. It's affordable and not very long. A lot of the holes have blind shots, which is sort of ok.
The course is in fair condition, some of the traps need attention (clean the weeds out). If you use a GPS device be warned that they seem to have shifted the holes around. It was out by 11 (eleven) holes, (not 9).
Valley at Marriott's Desert Springs Resort
Played On 08/21/2017They were aerating many of the fairways, which was a bit annoying due to the noise of the machines and the dirt plugs on many fairways.
The have 2 courses at this Marriott, the other (Palms) was closed on this day, so why didn't they work on the closed course and leave the open course alone?
