Played in the afternoon as a single alone and I was able to finish in 3 hours. Layout is nice for a shorter course and the greens and fairways were in pretty good shape. Have played here in the past and will certainly play in the future.

Greens just punched and were full of sand. Ball wouldn't even roll to the hole. Fairways were ok in spots but had many bare spots. Temporary green on 1st which no one even told us was there. For half the price possibly worth play but at $43 to walk definitely not worth it.

Course was in good condition considering all the rain we’ve had recently. Finished our round in 3 hours which is unusual for this course since they book tee times 8 minutes apart which generally leads to very slow pace of play.

Greens were in good condition but slow. Fairways ok, finished round in under 4 hours so pace was good. Will certainly play again.

We had the 4th tee time of the day and still had a slow 4 hr round mostly due to course maintenance actually stopping us from playing so they could spray a green once. Had to wait 10 minutes on another hole for them to completely rake ALL the bunkers around the green!!!! Several other holes groups in front of us had the same challenges adding to slowing all golfers down. If you are going to schedule tee times at 8 minute intervals you cant be stopping play to do maintenance that should be done while course is closed!!! If you play this course later in day I'm sure it would be a 5 hr round. Very sad because course is very nice but frustration ruins what should be a good day of golf.

Played early afternoon with course pretty empty so pace of play was excellent until I caught a foursome at 15 which slowed the last 4 holes down considerably but still finished in about 3 hrs. Course is well maintained and staff was extremely friendly. It's not a long course but does have some challenges and was definitely worth the hot deal price. I will certainly play there again.

The course has many seniors playing very slowly. Luckily I was able to play through otherwise it would have been a 5 hr + round. Condition of course was OK and greens were pretty good. This is short course but had some challenging holes. Overall only concern would be pace of play. The first 5 holes took almost 2 hrs to play until I played through.

Course was a good value for mid week morning with cart but some fairways needed some help. In the courses defense they did have grounds crew working on them. Would definitely play again for the price i paid but wouldn't pay a premium for this course.
