Rewarding good shots

I really enjoyed playing this course, although my first time because of the typical green fees approach $200, I jumped on because I found a rare $99 deal on GolfNow. What I really like is the layout and playability of the course, it doesn’t punish/penalize you for good shots like some of the area’s canyon courses.

Amenities were great, but drinks at the bar were pricey. Enjoyed the range size and access. Love to play here more often but need the green fees to come down to other comparable course in the area, about $50 too much.

Course is great but doesn't quench thirst

I truly enjoyed the course and think when the housing development is complete, this will be an awesome comunity golf course. Unfortunately, the lack of drink offerings was limited. The proshop sells cokes, gatorades, and waters, but no place to buy beers. We went to the bar which was not convenient to the pace of play nor natural flow of the course to have the bartender pour a beer into a plastic cup with a lid. This was the only way to get a drink on the course. Maybe it was a good thing because the course lacked sufficient bathrooms throughout the round if you had to go, but that didn't bother me so much. Nothing bad against the course, I would highly recommend a round of golf, I just was disappointed with how much effort went into me grabbing a beer.

Don't get thirsty

The golf was great. At a club we're nearly everyone is a paying member, you'll always run into friendly members and the few who strive to be the grouchiest. But the course difficulty, condition, and pace of play made it a fun day on the course.

The most lacking amenity is the food and drink service. There isn't one for the golfers, and the employees in the bistro at the clubhouse could barely manage to get us some water after the front nine. Maybe they were newly untrained staff or maybe nobody drinks cocktails or beers on the course and the mere idea sent caused confusion but the lack of knowledge regarding beverage service was alarming.

After the round, the service in the bistro was less than stellar. I'll be sure to bring an ice chest and pack a lunch next time.

Quarry pines dry but still tough

The course is a bit dry. A few dead spots but only makes the course shorter.
Golf staff is never quite up to my friendliness expectations: starter is usually grouchy, no personality in the Proshop, but the girls in the grill are friendly and talkative.
