Great County owned course. Gets lots of play but stays in great shape throughout the year. Best value for the money in town! Good food in the Caddie Shack. 4 sets of tees for all levels of play. From the tips it’s over 7300 yds. About 6400 from the reds. They do their best to get you out even if you don’t have a t-time (recommended). Golf cart and golf club rental available. Has a large driving range, 2 putting greens and a chipping green with a greenside bunker to practice from.

This course can be challenging from the back tees or play it from the fronts and still be awarded with a fair but tough round. Course is in excellent shape. A great value for your money. The staff will try it’s best to get you out even without a t-time! May have a little wait but almost always will squeeze you in!

Great layout, made it fun to play. Intertwines among homes, but fairways are wide enough to stay in play. Water here and there to make it interesting.

San Marcos is a fun challenging layout. The canal that crosses 6 holes, really makes shot selection a must. Wether to lay up or go for it. Seeing Al Capone's house at the end of One of the par3's was pretty cool. Greens were a little slow because of a couple days of unusual rain, but putted true and were not beat up. Some extra Casual water From the rain made it cart path only for the first 5 holes, but after the sun came out the ranger informed us we could do the 90 degree rule.
The ranger was very informative about playing time and course conditions. Overall a great golf experience!

Course was nice. Tucked in a new neighborhood with lots of houses. Keep it in the fairway and score well!!!

Wife and I got paired with an older pair of gentlemen and had a really good time! Starter was adament for starting on time and pace of play which was perfect for the four of us!
Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Very fun course! Front is moderately flat with 3 par 5's. Back is challenging with rolling hills. Dog legs, ditches and OB make for a fun course. Great view from the back especially. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Pretty good restaurant for after golf activities. (beers and burgers)

Course is well maintained. We played after a ton of rain and the course was still in great shape.
