We found the course demanding but fair. Overall conditions were very good. Greens were somewhat dry and there were lots of sand bunkers around the greens. Sand in the bunkers was waterlogged and hard making it difficult to play a true bunker shot.

The layout was interesting and scenic with the course winding through the housing development. Staff were friendly and helpful as were other players.

Lots of water on the course adding to the challenge of playing well.

The course is in poor shape. Tee boxes were in poor shape as were the greens. The greens were very slow with rough patches and weeds. The pace of play was very slow and there are no marshals to identify and correct problems.

Looks like the course is short staffed and there appears to be a minimum of ongoing maintenance and ongoing investment in upgrading the course.

Nice challenging executive course. Scores vary from round to round. The only knock on the course is the pace of play. Didn’t see a ranger during the round and we were caught behind a group of 5 duffers who started play as two groups that combined as one as soon as they were out of sight of the clubhouse. Conditions have improved with each time we played over the last two weeks. Unfortunately the slow pace of play Demi I shed the pleasure of playing and working on our short games.

This course was in better condition than when we played it last week. The greens were much improved. There are variety of hole lengths to test your short game skills. Pace of play was excellent through the front nine but slowed done substantially on the back nine.

A good course layout and the pace of play was excellent. Greens had recently been sanded making putting a bit of an adventure. The course was hard and relatively dry. You had to play short of the greens in order to hold them on an approach shot. Difficult to score well under these conditions. The price is reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The course is a bit out of the way in the middle of a development. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We were allowed to start early and the pace of play was very good. The 4th hole is being worked on and you drive past it and play an extra hole after the normal 9th, making the card a bit confusing. The course conditions were okay with the fairways being quite dry and the greens were mostly good. Green fees were very reasonable. No GPS in golf carts.

The course was very dry and hard. Greens were barely playable. The starter was disorganized and overcommitted to other tasks. I played this course a couple of years ago and conditions were a lot better. I would not recommend this course to anyone. Very disappointing!

Overall it was a very positive experience. It is located on the same property where we were staying. Pace of play was at times slow. There were no Marshall’s evident on the course. There was some debris on greens in wooded areas. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cost was quite reasonable particularly if you were prepared to play outside prime times.

The course was difficult to find, no signage for the course outside the complex. Conditions were very good. We played the course in a little over 3 and 1/2 hours. Staff was helpful, price was very reasonable and there is a good luncheon place in the clubhouse.

We got on immediately and the pace of play was excellent. Layout was challenging with lots of water in play.

Great value for money. Helpful staff at this off the beaten path track golf course. Greens were excellent and firm with one exception (13th). Fairways were very sloped but in very good shape. Layout is good with a little confusion re location of the tee box.

The course is a bit dry and of couple greens have damage. Fairways are generally in good condition. Good course to accommodate players who are not long hitters. All can score and those needing a challenge can move to the back tees.

Places a premium on good strategic play. Front nine is relatively short with three par threes.
