Great design in poor shape. Greens are very inconsistent. Some parts of some are perfect, others horrible. It’s a poa filled and extremely uneven. One outrageous tee shot down a 20 yard alley for 150 yards with OB. But there are some good holes. Back none is CLOSED and this does not show up on golf now.

I had played this course a few times over the years, and while it is quirky, with some dogs legs that are shorter than expected, it was a good track with excellent greens. It is now the ultimate dog track with way too many patches of dirts, where there should be grass. The typical green is heart breaking, with many sections with little or no grass. I will not be playing it again unless there is a change in management. Very sad outcome for an interesting course.

Good track in good condition. Greens are excellent- firm and fast.

Great course with impeccable greens. A lot variety and visually very appealing. And not too expensive.
