Course is in the best shape we’ve seen in the last 6 months. Unfortunately, we continue to watch people drive up to and almost on the greens. Hard to police I know but perhaps some type of geofencing is possible. It’s also unfortunate that people disrespect the course and don’t take the time to fix their ball marks! You can tell they are making a concerted effort to improve course. Pace of play is usually really good here during the week. Great layout….wish front and back nine were switched. Great value for the money, especially compared to other courses in the surrounding area. Will be back soon.

Greens were in best shape we’ve seen in 6 months. Unfortunately, I fixed two ball marks for every one of mine. It is a shame the disrespect people have for the course and game. By the depth and positioning of the divots, they are not beginning golfers but people who should understand what a good approach shot does to a green and are just choosing not to fix them. The putting gods are not favorable to those that don’t fix their divots and they are watching. ;-)

Only complaint is that we had a early afternoon t-time. They spread sand all over the greens just before our round making the greens pretty much unplayable. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have played somewhere else or received half off our round. Guy checking us in was a bit rude. Course will be in great shape in a few days.

Energy is being put into the course to make it more playable. Greens are improving. Unfortunately, we watched a couple of singles drive up to and almost on the green several times and don’t get me going on not fixing your divot…karma will find you. Fairways and t-boxes are in good shape. Pace of play during the week in the afternoon isn’t bad but be prepared for all the singles that want to race the clock and the golfers who randomly go from hole to hole. I see the hole numbers have fallen off and at one time the front and back were switched. They should consider switching is back.

We’ve played this course consistently for the last four years. Unfortunately the greens have been decent only a couple of times. They have been punched three times this year, not sure why so much. There is more sand on the greens than grass. Tee boxes are ok when mowed. Fairways are in good shape. Pace of play isn’t bad right now. We take the time to actually play and enjoy the day rather than those that are trying to play as fast as they can. Singles and those wanting to get a quick round in need to go around or exercise patience…hitting into players ahead of you is dangerous.

Tee boxes and fairways in excellent shape. Greens are still coming back from punching. Starter let us go out early since they weren’t very busy. Probably a result of the greens as this course is usually busy and more expensive. Only complaint is one of the maintenance worker followed us around 14 holes. He was on the green at every approach spreading fertilizer, he would move to the side to let us play. Once we finished the green and went to the next hole, he finished the green and drove ahead of us to the green. This was very frustrating!!!

We have played here many times and if you’re okay with having a 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 hour round, then course isn’t that bad. We waited long enough between some holes to cook our own hotdogs. :-). Greens were very slow.

Staff is very courteous. Lunch was good but slow service...too much for one person. New patio is well done but they need to routinely clean it. Nice practice areas. Course was kind of boring. Sand traps are a mess and need to be maintained. Based upon other reviews, expected greens to be in better shape and was very disappointed. Looks like an old facility and course that they are trying to restore. If so, they are making strides but still have a ways to go. Paid the twilight rate and with pace of play, was able to get all 18 in. Would not pay more to play here now, maybe in a year or two.

We booked on Golf Now, arrived somewhat early to warm up and our scheduled t-time had been moved up without any notice. Rushed to t-box to play through a 5+ hour round. Saw Rangers, they appear to be there for show, not pace of play.

Booked on Golf Now at a decent rate. However, got to the course and we had to start on #10 because they had league going off the front. If we would’ve known this when booking, we would’ve looked elsewhere and it should’ve been noted in alert section. Took 5-1/2 hours for 18 holes because of slow play. At one time we had 5 groups stacked up at one hole. Although a ranger cart went by us in the parking lot before we began, we didn’t see a ranger on the course all day. Have played this course multiple times and keep trying to give it another shot but these past few experiences will suspend our play here for quite awhile.

Paid $60 for a round of golf with aerated greens! Although it was Cart path only, which was posted, they also aerated the greens and didn’t mention it at the club house..very disappointing! Nice course and layout, can get into slow play at times....starter or beer cart doesn’t come around much. Had lunch and a couple of beers at the bar several times and noticed that the prices were always different. Finally asked for a detailed receipt and got an oh boy look. Have been tipping 20% and was never told that it was already added automatically, bartenders were happy though. Very disappointing and felt it was unethical as I just moved to the area and didn’t know it was standard practice at Florida country clubs.
