Second time playing this Links style course.. Amazing conditions, really fast greens, good pace of play and just an amazing time.

We played today 3/16/18 and paid the winter rate even though we are locals and keep the course making money in the summer. But,,,The fairways were BROWN and DRY DRY DRY... NO green grass anywhere. We stopped and complained at the turn and the young man behind the counter was sympathetic and the pro Im guessing in the office came out and said the Pump was broken. So we asked why weren't we told that we would be playing on dirt and he could care less and walked back into his office. We asked about compensation and we were given cart fee for our next round. wow really?? Also a couple weeks ago we booked another round and showed up and there were no carts and a tournament was going on...No communication at all about course conditions when you sign in and the lack of caring is ridiculous. There are more choices in the area and if you do go make sure you call and ask about the conditions or if there is a tournament? Hopefully they will tell you the truth..

The course has gone downhill since the last time we played which was awhile ago. the fairways look pretty bad, some of the tee boxes were sand and some were very nice. The greens were brown but for the most part pretty good. We noticed they had put seed on the Tee boxes but this course was once the gem of Brevard county. It needs a lot of work and some friendly Staff as well. I purchased a soda from the snack bar at the turn and was 2 years out of date an the next one I got was 1 year expired. After our game we were heading back to the clubhouse and the bar was closed and on the patio was empty glasses and trash.What Happened?

Great course conditions..it was the off season and no crowds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to seeing the new club house

Great condition. Rate was outstanding but then again it's the off season. Staff were very nice and helpful. Fairways and greens were in great condition. Range balls were included as well. Fun course to play.

The greens were fantastic! As far as the rest of the course....very crowded, fairways are very close together (bring your helmet), staff was so so, made you feel like just another t time. Just an ok course..

Course was in great condition. Staff was very friendly..wish the rates were lower for florida locals..

Great course with very friendly staff/starter. Great to play a course with so many hills and rolling greens. Outstanding experience. Going again today!

Greens were above average, price was good considering the time of year. Staff was friendly..a good value for the money..
