Have played this course many times since it first opened. Today was the first time I would have to say the condition of the greens was very disappointing. Some really bad places, so much so that we just moved the ball to not have to putt through the bad parts. There are also some tees that have very little flat ground, resulting in that small area being worn out and lacking grass. Love the layout and the nice views along the marsh areas. Cart path only because of rain 2 days earlier was disappointing, especially for us old guys, resulting in a 5 hour round.

Signed up using a "Hot Deal" so the price was right. There were few players on the course so our foursome was not pushed or held up. Fairways are still a little thin from winter but the greens were in very good shape.

Have played this course a number of times. Hard to beat the value. Nice layout and a number of beautiful holes. Greens had not healed completely from aeration and were bumpy in places or would have rated course condition higher.

My son in law and I enjoyed playing this course. Excellent value for the fee paid on GolfNow. Greens were a little rough in places, with some unwanted grasses (weeds) trying to rear their heads, but overall they didn't affect the putting that much. Some holes didn't look like Fazio spent too much time designing them. Lots of water but you have to mostly hit a pretty bad shot to find it. Open course with generous fairways. Will play again. Pro shop still in temporary quarters but that didn't matter to us - tried not to rate food and beverage but it wouldn't let me.
