The greens are in better shape than last year, but lack consistency. Fairways need more attention, sand traps in fair shape, tees could use more attention.

Greens were a bit slow, but in good shape. Fairways were good, still some hard pan conditions around some greens.

The course was mostly hard pan, very little grass in fairways. Greens were not up to their usual standard. Worse, the pace of play was terrible. Not sure if members were in front of us...they clear=ly saw us wait on every shot and despite two holes open in front of us, they did not extend a courtesy offer to play through...in fact appeared to slow play even more, especially on greens. If members treat outside guests with such contempt, they should step up to plate and pay higher dues to eliminate or restrict outside play.

Have been playing here for over a decade in the winter months. The condition of the greens and fairway maintenance are terrible. Mgm't needs to reinvest a little more capital in the course conditions if it is going to successfully compete in the area. Other courses have and conditions show it.
