As usual the course is in very good shape. It is the pace of play, especially this time of year! Made the turn on 2 hours, which is how it should be. The back took just under 3 hours!!!!! Saw the marshal on the front, but not on the book. The price is a little steep $95. For that money everything should be good, including the course monitoring the pace of play. Won't be back until after the snowbirds go back.

First of all, I have played Panther Lake when it was in great shape. However, we played today and the greens were in average condition - very slow and ball marks galore. Too bad golfers can't spend 20 seconds to fix their ball marks on the greens. Course maintenance covered all the tee boxes with mulch, dirt, and filled in divots. The fairways were in pretty good shape. I understand were are lacking in rain, but to charge $81.00 for average greens is ridiculous! Pace of play slowed down considerably on the back nine, with the group behind us, hitting into us 3 times. Lastly, we did not see a cart person (drinks), until the 15th hole. We did talk with an OCN employee at the turn about wanting a cart person for drinks. Long day without refreshments! I am sure OCN will turn it around, but it will take some time and a lot of rain!!

Course was in great condition! Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in pristine condition! Greens had excellent speed and rolled true! Bunkers in excellent shape. Tad pricey, but it is the season for the golf industry here in Central Florida!

Enjoyed a round of golf with friends. Course was in exceptional condition. Greens rolled well. Was a windy day, which makes the course more challenging that it is already. Good value!

First time playing this course and was in great condition, especially the greens! Greens rolled exceptionally well. Fortunate to have played with golfers, who have played this course several times. Somewhat challenging, mostly, due to the unfamiliarity of the course. Generous fairways, but you will find trouble, if you drift too far from the fairways. Course is expensive, but enjoyed the experience!!

Had not played the course in over a year, but the course conditions are coming around. The greens were much improved and in good shape. The ball rolled well. The course was still soggy from previous rains. Except for some weeds, tee boxes and fairways were much improved. Via golfnow was a good value for the money. I am glad they have turned it around, as North Shore is one of my favorite courses in Orlando. The wind was blowing and the course toughened up. Two distinct nines: front nine kind of a scottish feel and the back nine a southern feel with all the trees. Have fun, the course will not disappoint.

The course was generally in very good shape, though the bunkers could use some work. The greens were beat up some, but overall the putts rolled well. Just make sure to keep your approach shots to the green below the hole. I enjoyed the layout to the course and joined up with a couple of gentlemen who play here regularly. Very good value for the round via golfnow.com. The course from the back tees is only around 6700 yards. The challenge is to keep the tee shots in the fairway and avoid the trees.

Course was in excellent shape, particularly the greens. Rolling hills and lots of elevation change. Played with the Club Members and had a great time. Well worth the trip and the money. Nothing fancy about the Club House or the driving range. It's about the golf and making friends. Very enjoyable experience. Certainly need the local knowledge to get around the course successfully.

First time at this course. Nice layout. The course conditions were good, except the greens were pretty slow. Was supposed to play with a 2 ball, however, they left early, which contributed to the slow play. However, everyone behind me was held up as well. A ranger or the Pro Shop could of sped up the pace of play, by combining the 2 balls out there. Overall, I would recommend the course.

THE COURSE IS IN GREAT SHAPE. GREENS ARE QUICK, ESPECIALLY ABOVE THE HOLE. PACE OF PLAY WAS SLOW, BUT BECAUSE OF THE COURSE RANGER, THE PACE WAS TOLERABLE. OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Have not played this course in almost 30 years. Though I do not remember the holes specifically, it was a really nice set up and in excellent condition for the play this course receives. Very good value. Depending on your playing level, you would be wise to leave the driver in the bag, except for about 6 holes. The pace of play was slow, a by-product of the time of the year for the snowbirds visiting. All in all a very nice course, but you will have to think your way around the course.

I saw the reviews from 2013 and felt compelled to give an updated review of this course. The greens were in really good shape, rolled nicely, and the speed on the stimp meter about a 9. All fairways and tee boxes were in excellent shape as well as the rough. Very plush (rye grass). All bunkers were in good shape. I know this course is off the beaten path, so to speak, but I live on the outskirts of Orlando and have seen a steep decline in the conditions of several golf courses, but this course is worth the drive. Very competitive rates for a well-maintained golf course. Hot dogs are great! The Golf shop is in a trailer, however, a club house is in the process of being built and should be completed June or July this year. BUT don't be fooled by the appearance when you drive up. Their carts are in great shape with a very friendly staff on hand. The front nine is very challenging, especially hole #4. The back nine is a little more forgiving for wayward tee shots. Overall...excellent golf course!!

Stoneybrook East used to be one of the top courses of East Orange County. However, since ownership changed hands, the lack of money and effort put into the course is very evident. They do have new carts, but no GPS. The staff is friendly and courteous and the hot dogs are great. The greens are in the worst condition I have ever seen. They had applied sand to the greens, but were not punched. Fairways and tee boxes average at best with an abundance of weeds. The practice tee and green are in horrible shape. Hopefully they can turn it around, but not anytime soon.

As always the course was in great shape. Was very windy, which made the course even more challenging. Pace of play was slow, almost 5 hours to complete. Also made a tee-time thru Golfnow. com and when we checked in, they had us down for another tee-time, 30 minutes later. However, they did accommodate. May of squeezed us in, hence, the slow play. Anyway, great value for this course. Course will not disappoint. Greens are VERY fast.

I enjoyed the course very much. In very good condition. Greens rolled very nice. Ample room in the fairway for your drives. Fair amount of water. Very good value for your money.

Very picturesque with the tall oaks lining the fairways. Moderate to challenging, especially for the first time playing the course. Greens are coming around, little sandy. However, the putts rolled well and was surprisingly quick at times. Awesome value for playing this historic course. If you time to play this course, please do....you won't be disappointed. Staff was great and very cordial.

The course was in really good condition. I wasn't able to hit balls on the range and was booted off the putting/practice green, due to "professionals" out and about. I caught an older couple, who were totally unaware of my presence behind them. I observed the driver drive the cart onto the green. No ranger around and I just went around them. Don't get me wrong, the course is awesome and difficult, if you haven't played it before. Hopefully this is just an isolated situation. Enjoy!
