Oakridge Golf Club
Played On 06/06/2020Oakridge the Jwell of Durham Region
A well laid out course with challanging doglegs and hills. The course is very well maintained and in a mint condition. They didn't provide us the pin location chart and the markers were hard to see. Covid-19 guidelines are strictly followed with hand sanitizers provided at all washroom locations throughout the course. No entry to the club house and entry to the first is controlled. Covid-19 guidelines and banners in the parking lot and right at the entry you were asked the those typical Covid-19 questions. I would play here again.
Grand Niagara Golf Club - The Rees Jones Course
Played On 10/01/2019Risk Vs Reward from White Tee
Course is in an excellent condition. Pin locations are tricky. Need to play with strategy because Driver doesn't work on all Par 4s & 5s. Greens are fast & undulating. Lots of bunkers and many holes has water comes into play. Course is easy for those who can put the ball in fairway. Worth playing it.
Maple Downs Golf and Country Club
Played On 09/30/2019Rewarding Front but Challenging Back
Amazingly laid out ups & down course in an excellent condition. Front 9 is rewarding but back nine is challenging. Greens are fast better practice for putting. Bunkers are well maintained. Due to Jewish holiday only certain amenities were available but would love to play again. One of the challenging golf club of GTA area.
Bigwin Island Golf Club
Played On 09/23/2019Jewel on an Island
An out standing golf course on an Island with amazing layout and excellent course condition. The most scenic course I have ever played, amazing natural habitat on the course. Saw deer in a bunch. The club house is there since early 1930s and renovated recently. Ride to the island was amazing. I would play this course anyday. Many holes are challenging but rewarding as long as you hit the fairways.
Briars Golf Club
Played On 09/11/2019Course with Dog Legs
It is an easy course but lot holes with dog legs. Greens were fast enough and course is in excellent condition. It would be a nice little trip to Jackson Point and Franklin beach as well. Other course amenities were kind ok.
Summit Golf and Country Club
Played On 09/09/2019An challenging & beautifully laid out the best GTA privet course
What an amazingly laid out challenging but rewarding privet golf course. A pictorial just like a greeting card kind of course. Course in excellent condition, played 2nd week of September. Beautiful club house over looking 18 the green is fabulous. Driving range is little further but chipping putting area close to the club house. 3 putting green and 2 bunker practice area. Wish was not a privet course. I would play it again anyway.
The Pulpit Club - Pulpit Course
Played On 09/03/2019Challenging but worth playing Devil's Pulpit
Amazingly laid out challenging course , some of the holes are kind ofnrisk vs. reward. Course is an excellent condition. Bagdrop, parking and practice facility is away from the club house & first tee. Worth playing this course. Wish green would have been little cheaper.
Club at Bond Head - South
Played On 05/31/2019Challenging but Worth playing at Bond Head South
Bond Head South course is long but well laid out and in excellent condition. It's very challenging from the Gold, Black & Blue Tee but worth a try. If you're playing first time try it from White Tee. Free holes are very beautiful to look at from the tee box. Pace of play is questionable on weekends due to slow/first time players getting lot of penalties. Hazards do come into play at few holes. Club house is excellent and when you sit outside over looking at range with beautiful sunset. Pub to banquate and change room are amazing. Pro shop experience was great. Need lot more promotions at the club house restaurant. Beer cart had an expensive Red wine, they need to be little reasonable with prices.
Humber Valley Golf Club
Played On 05/19/2019Good to Play
The course is a good combination of Par 5, 4 & 3. Within the city the course is keep in a good condition. The only concern I have is a pace of play. The Marshals are not doing their job to keep everyone within their pace of play. They need to be out there on the course and keep golfers moving. Surprisingly Golf Now doesn't offer any deals for all City courses of Toronto. They do need to something about it.
Eagles Nest Golf Club
Played On 08/02/2018Toronto's Best Golf Course and one of the top 3 in Canada.
The course lay out and condition is out standing. Greens are fast and bunkers are challenging. Five different Tee box options for all golfers. Staff and facilities from range to halfway house and at the club house are excellent. We need more hot deals for this course. We also need local Kraft beers. I would play again any day.
Thanks for the 5 star review!
We are glad to hear of your positive experience - although the courses can play tough, we are glad you could enjoy the natural beauty of them as well.
We will pass along all of your comments to our operations teams and hope we can host you again in the near future.
