Played Arrowsmith several times in the past. Always a nice course. This time the greens took a beating from the snow mold/spores/fungus/what ever. Still very enjoyable.

A little off the main roads but with the trip. Well laid out, fairways in super shape. Greens had been punched/maintained earlier and we're a bit bumpy.

My first time playing a links course and it was fabulous. We had the wind and one hole with some showers. Greens were a little slow but ran true. Great course.

Older course. Straight fairways, small greens. But for the price how can you beat it?

Fairways and greens were is great shape for this time of year.

This is a top course and the conditions were surprisingly excellent for November.
Great scenery.
Recommended for golfers not for hackers.

As everyone else has said this is one of the best deals in Socal. Every hole is spectacular. We paid $55-senior through the pro-shop. But and it was a surprising 'but', the greens were bumpy and not up to the quality expected from a course this good. We played at 10:30 so they shouldn't be affected by growth that much. We found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. Except for the greens I would have given a 5 out of 5.

Weather was great: no wind!! Greens were good, fast, smooth and a little thin but it's winter. Always a favorite.

Even though the fairways are browning it is still a favorite. Greens were good speed and smooth. And hey it was $15 and with the $3 booking fee and a $10 coupon 8 bucks ain't bad.
Recommended for sure.

This is a good example of a resort course: forgiving layout, top notch amenities (club house, etc) , high prices and most who play it, like it. Where the design is professional and flows well the rest of the course is less than perfect. The bunkers and there are 70+ of them are poor. The sand, if there is any, is low grade and one wonders if it's bunker sand at all. The turf dries out quickly leaving massive brown spots on the fairways especially on the tops of the small hills. The well designed greens have been cheated of good soil leaving them a pale green color with brown spots most of the summer. The maintenance crew do what they can and it's too bad the owner didn't put as many resources into the soil and bunkers as was done with the design. It looks as if the natural beauty that once surrounded the course is being replaced with backyards and fences as houses keep replacing trees and wildlife. This is a good course; Storey Creek is a great course, IMHO.

Our course was being punched so we got a good price from Golf Now. It was in the best shape I've ever seen it. And like I said they cut the rough making much more enjoyable.

Greens were great though a little slow probably due to later in the day.

This course is on my list of ones to play. It's always in good condition even in the winter. Great challenge and if you want to know how good you really are do the Whites or tips.

We went to Soboba in January of 2013 during one bad cold spell and the course was frozen. The frost delay lasted until 11AM and even then for the first hour parts of the course were frozen solid. Some of the fairways were not in great condition with little grass and lots of bird droppings giving very tight lies. Once the course was thawed the true greatest on the course showed. The greens played true and a little fast. It is a great course but maybe pick a time when it ins't so cold. I also found out that the price i paid on GN was the same as the regular pro-shop price plus a "booking fee".

A great old style course, narrow fairways and small greens. As challenging as you want with a great layout. The course could be in better shape but for the money none better. The greens have been cut down recently and are a good speed. You can pay $90 per round at "better" courses and if that's your bag go for it. But for my money Mesquite gives good value. Plus yo can usually get on at a reasonable time.
