This is a par 66 course with a mix of par 3's and par 4's, but no par 5's. It's a good course to work on you short game and driving accuracy. Most of the greens are in good shape and quite fast. If you're looking for a quick round to tune up your game, this is a good place.

I have played this course several times in the past few years and it's always in decent shape. Some of the greens are huge and can be very fast, especially downhill, so you need to be a good lag putter if you want to score well. The pace of play was good in spite of some slow players on the course. If you're in the State College area looking for a good course to play, Mountain View is a good choice.

I love playing Deer Valley. The course is always in great shape and normally the pace of play is good. Unfortunately, there are too many weekend golfers that don't understand the concept of "ready golf". During the week you can easily play a round in less than 4 hours. On the weekend, it's over 4 1/2 hours. There are no rangers out on the course moving people along. You often see groups one or two holes behind the group in front. I will continue to play at Deer Valley, just not on the weekend.

I have played this course many times and it's always been in good shape, however this time playing we found almost all of the traps filled with water. Not just a small amount but filled. They looked more like ponds than sand traps. I know there was rain on Friday and Saturday, but we played on Tuesday. If the traps don't drain on their own, the water should be pumped out of them. If a course can't take care of the sand bunkers, they should fill them in with grass. It's too bad because otherwise it's a decent course.

I hadn't played at Lake Worth for several years. It's a decent course for the price. Nice views of the intercostal waterway from several holes. The greens were OK, but the fairways were bare in many places. Also, the course seemed wet and muddy in many places even though there hasn't been much rain lately.

a good layout. My only complaint is the ridiculous pace of play. Had to quit after 14 holes because it took over 4 hours and it looked like it would take at least another hour to finish. No rangers to move players along. Over booking tee times. Not a pleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend this course unless you have all day to play a round.

If I could have given this course a zero star rating I would have. The miserable course conditions are only the start. Add to that incompetent people in the Pro Shop and top it off with sprinklers going off in the middle of the day while people are playing on the course. I wouldn't go back if they paid me to play there.

My first time playing at Rolling Green. It's a nice layout any very playable for golfers of any skill level, but like many courses in the Sarasota area, it isn't well kept. The fairways have too many bare spots and many of the greens are not in the best shape. The pace of play was going (under 4 hours) and the price is in line with the course conditions.

First time playing this course. It's a nice layout, but some the greens and tee boxes need work. My real complaint was the pace of play. It took a full 5 hours to play this course. I've played 7 other courses in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and never came close to a 5 hour round. If you're planning to play this course, you'd better plan on being there all day.

First time playing this course. Pleasantly surprised that the fairways had decent grass and the greens were in good shape. Many of the reasonably priced courses in the Sarasota/Bradenton area don't have much grass on the fairways and very spotty greens. It's a challenging layout and the pace of play was better than many of the other courses in the area. Will definitely return.

The staff was not very helpful. I checked in as a single and they never told me who I was playing with and I ended up playing on my own.

This was my first time playing this course. It's a challenging layout and the greens are in decent condition, but had been aerated recently, so they were bumpy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was no ranger on the course. The foursome in front of us was extremely slow with at least a full empty hole in front of them. It took over 4 1/2 hours to play a round. Rather than having 4 or 5 people helping people get their bags onto carts, they should have one of them riding around the course to keep people moving. A great day of golf was spoiled by slow players and no ranger.

This is a brand new course that's in good shape, but still needs a little work in a few areas. The staff is great. It was my first time playing here and they went out of their way to show me what I needed to know. It's a bit pricey, but I got a deal from Golfnow. Very good practice area and driving range.

Sunset is a good course that's always in good shape. The pace of play was good for a holiday weekend nd the greens and fairways were in good shape. Some of the tee boxes were not in good shape and could use reseeding.

I have never played on a course with worse greens and tee boxes. Every green is pox marked with some sort of fungus. Your putts bounce around and can't stay on line. Most of the tee boxes are just patches of mud with no grass or patches of weeds. Don't waste your money playing this course.

This was first time playing this course. It's a nice layout and the greens were in decent shape. I've played over 50 courses in PA and have never seen bunkers in worse shape. Almost every bunker had more weeds in it than sand. If they aren't going to take care of the bunkers, then they should be marked as "Ground Under Repair" or eliminate them all together. I won't be going back any time soon.

Played here for the first time and the course conditions were better than most of the other courses I've played in the area. Greens were slower than most other courses, but they were in excellent condition. The fairways and bunkers were also well maintained. Also, the pace of play was significantly faster than any other course in the area. Even with a busy schedule of tee times, we were able to finish our round in about 3.5 hours. In all the other courses in the area I played a round was at least 4 to 4.5 hours.

This course really needs a ranger. It's a good layout and in OK condition, but the pace of play was very slow due mostly to one or two groups that were not keeping up with the groups ahead of them. A ranger should be out there telling the slow moving groups to keep the pace of play.
