The upgrade to the clubhouse is a nice feature to the overall course. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pace of play was a little slow but the weather was spectacular and didn’t mind the little waits between holes.

You can always count on great weather in Camarillo, nice day to enjoy friends and relax. Pace of play was good until we backed up on hole 11. So we just kicked back and took our time. Can’t beat the weather. Water holes are always looming but not impossible for and intermediate golfer like myself.
You can tell that Sterling Hills is trying to make the course better.

Since the Coronavirus I believe you are taking advantage of people’s need to get outside. You are charging more for less. It was $40 a few months ago for a round of golf a meal and a cart. That kept me coming back. No more. I won’t be back until you adjust your prices. The course was in the worst shape I have seen it in, in 2 years.

Rain started as we teed off. They did not close the course. Play 4 holes and quit.

This course was in the best shape that it’s been in in a long time. Greens were smooth and pin placement was challenging. Perfect weather and finished in 3 hours great pace of play

Lot’s of fun. Great pace of play. Nice for teaching my Twin daughters to play golf. Lots of fairway space. Great weather.

Had a 10:20 Tee time behind a tournament. Teed off at 11:15. I asked to jump to Fairway 10, which was vacant for 30 minutes at 10:45 but was turned down. Golfed 3 holes in an hour, then the fairways were 3 deep ahead. So I quit and went to Cam Springs where I had a great time.

Fairways are green. Greens are smooth and challenging. This course is in beautiful shape. My brother and I had a great day of golf

My daughter and I booked a hot deal $36 each. They had just done work on the 1st 9 greens and were working on the 2nd 9 greens. I didn’t know this until I arrived at course. We didn’t know what to expect. When we got to the 1st green it was covered in sand. Impossible to putt. We continued to hole 8 each green covered in sand but not even a flag or hole on 8. After the ninth hole I went to the club house to ask for my money back. The answer was no. Not even a rain check. Very disappointed.

This is the first time I have booked tee time just for myself. I have only been golfing for 3 months, so I didn’t know what to expect. The group that I was with were great. They were patient with my multiple wacks at the ball giving minimal advice but helpful. Only lost one ball. We finished 18 holes in 4 hours which seemed like a good pace. I will definitely try this again.
