I live close. The rates are among the lowest. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The condition is rough. Needs a lot of work everywhere no grass in fairways...lots of weeds and bare spots
Greens need more grass. Lots of weeds and some bare spots.

Needs better dining facility, and $2.50 WAY too much for cup of coffee.
