While the greens were excellent I couldn’t buy a putt.... again a lot of water and if you stray offline you are severely punished!!
Enjoyed the course and we will play again.

A bit too much water for us! Apart from that we had a lovely experience (despite losing balls in the water hazards!!!). The pro shop were most helpful and very pleasant. Everyone we met both on and off the course very friendly.
Old South Golf Links
Played On 10/07/2018Unfair to high handicap players
Too many holes especially last 4 and the 7th in particular, require golfers to clear protected wet lands which is difficult for higher handicappers. It spoiled an otherwise pleasant experience.

We regret you did not enjoy your day but most like the challenge of our layout. We do provide a variety of tees so playing the one that will suit your handicap is suggested.

Enjoyed our round of golf. Lots of water hazards and dog legs made the course quite difficult however this didn’t spoil our enjoyment.
The Legends Golf Course at Parris Island
Played On 10/01/2018Location unusual
There are no houses, no out of bounds which is most unusual for American courses!
The greens had been sanded although this did not affect their speed or quality.
