Tatum Ridge Golf Links
Played On 02/24/2022Nice enough
Looking to play something a little “nicer”. This one. Fit the bill. Back nine in better shape than front. Seems they might be in a drought based upon water levels In ponds. Four tee boxes. Fun holes.
Bent Tree Country Club
Played On 02/11/2022Nice place
Like so many around here, this course keeps busy and the condition suffers. Once premier, the cart paths and fairway conditions belie the fact there is not enough $ to keep it in good shape. That said, it’s still the best public yet that we played.
The Palms Golf Club At Forest Lakes
Played On 02/09/2022Old and neglected
Read reviews and knew we were in for a mixed bag. Course itself is interesting but front is in terrible shape and shorter back nine is downright dangerous. Greens were decent. Won’t return.
Bent Tree Country Club
Played On 02/11/2022Better than some
But it still has grass issues. At least the course made sense, didn’t have crazy “ditches” to catch you, and one could see its past glory.
Eighteen Hole at Harder Hall Country Club
Played On 02/14/2014Not the best
Of all Sebring courses, this one was definitely the most disappointing. It used to be quite the place -- a pro favorite etc. Now its dated-ness and lack of care makes it irritating to play. The layout was very tight which would make a great walking course, but walking is not allowed. Trees are often blocking tee shots.
Sebring International Golf Resort - Panther Creek Course
Played On 02/01/2014Needs some upkeep
Course has seen better days. I imagine if the community ever builds out, it could be quite the place. But the economy and the glut of courses in the area may have hurt those chances. Fairways were weedy in many places, greens were slow. It has lots of potential with lots of water in play ( a canal) and good bunkering. I would play here again.
Thank you for the nice review!
