The golf course is well laid out, well maintained and the greens, while difficult because of the undulations, play true. The tees offer a choice of good-golfer length to the weekend hacker. The staff of the club, especially the starter, are probably amongst the most miserable in the area - and that takes some doing. Instead of welcoming and helpful, they’re unfriendly and uptight. It was a good course, and a great round, left wanting for the sake of civility and a smile.

The course itself has it's own challenges, with fairways carved through the jungle, and crocodile filled water hazards. But the greatest challenge was the incredibly slow pace of play.
