I have played this course before but this time was probably my last. 1st) They have to shuttle you and your clubs to the clubhouse which takes so much extra time (and might be worth it if the course was in great shape); 2nd) The staff member dropped my clubs off the cart landing on my club heads. It was frustrating and unnecessary. He just hit the cart beside us with the clubs flipping them off the cart pretty hard; and 3rd) they were redoing the bunkers and we couldn’t play hole 18. It was just very expensive for a poorly maintained course. There are so many great courses to choose from that we will not be playing this one again.

This is our 7th season being snow birds January through March in Palm Desert and the Desert Willow Firecliff Course is still a favorite. The Mountain Course is also amazing! Both courses are prestigious, the views are amazing and the staff is top notch! We also enjoy sitting on their patio for cocktails and a meal any time of the day whether golfing or not!

Such a fun and challenging course! I would recommend the course and resort to anyone traveling to the Palm Desert area!

It was a long course with difficult greens and the ground was very hard, but it was beautiful!

Our kids came to visit us in Palm Desert while we were here for a month and wanted to golf on their last day, so I searched for tee times through GolfNow.com and came across the Terra Lago course. We had a few extra riders (non-golfers) and so before I confirmed our tee time, I called the course to verify this would work with them. It took 2 days and 6 calls to finally get an answer and they said they would make it work for $25 per rider, up to 4 extra people. .

We showed up early to get everything arranged and the golf pro told us he couldn’t and wouldn’t allow our extra riders and would not accomadate as promised. Not only did he fail to perform as promised (on our last day together) but he was EXTREMELY rude to us. It was too late to reschedule at another course, and it was one of the most awkward situations I have ever been in. And to top it off, we got billed $305 for canceling too late.

There are way too many beautiful courses with amazing staff to put up with this unacceptable behavior.

I would not recommend this course to anyone.

We played Terra Lago North Course and it was every thing you would hope for in a desert course, challenging and beautiful! We will be back for revenge!
