Pros: This is a course I’ve played before and would play again. Old school design and feel. Demands accuracy and patience.
Cons: Restrictions on the carts GPS control is totally over the top....just childish!

I love old school courses for the design factors, vision for play and play ability...... and this is an OSC and has those features but.... it needs some serious TLC.
The Links at Summerly

If you don’t want to fly to Europe but want to play a very good links course right here in SoCal....you’ve got to play The Links at Summerly! Staff is excellent and very helpful, amenities are good and the course is a very good representation of “links gold”’. Not for the average one a month player.....you won’t enjoy it at all, but if you’ve got game you’ll be challenged at every turn, bunker, hump & bump and waste area you’re sure to find along the way. I make it a must play every time I’m in SoCal.
Sugar Hill Golf Club

On our cross country road trip we found Sugar Hill GC to be a true surprise! The 20 year old course is starting to show a few scars but over all it's a great track! Surprises around and over the undulating course & the staff was awesome! We got in 36 holes and finished in the dark, but what a treat. I'd recommend it to anyone.
