Very well maintained- looked like it was set to host major tournaments

The course was in great shape, for mid-February.

You cant find a better place to play in the area. well maintained and a great experience.

Any day on the course but 59 degrees & sunny in Early February is outstanding!!
Except for a few wet areas, the course was is beautiful shape - no puddles. All the greens were firm and rolling smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience any time of the year!

very nice course, open and fairways not too close. Pace of play great...greens a little bumpy but had been groomed recently - still pretty quick!

They have spruced up the rough spots and cleared out a lot of trees

Greens were in great shape, for this time of year. Best overall condition of the other 5 courses I played in the area in the past 2 weeks. Well trapped to cause you problems if you cant place your shots. Should be a top choice for you visit to the area.

Riviera is open, not much water, greens have been recently redone - they are quick with breaks that are not easy to see. You'd better look at your puts from both directions. Trees on several hole can give you problems if you try to cut the corners too closely. Practice area is a plus, and staff is friendly!

This could be a very nice course, but the grounds need some work. The greens were covered with sand and had not been "whipped"(they should have mentioned that ), and the fairways were spotty. I'll chalk it up to winter. There is a nice mix of water and trees and traps - makes you place your shots or you pay the price.
