Enjoyed our round. Fairways are wide but a little thin in some places. Greens were in good condition except for players not fixing their ball marks.
All in all it is a good place to play.

I had a good time playing this course but it is not an easy place to play(not that there are any). I wouldn’t recommend this course for beginners or high handicap players.
I’d like to play it again after the grass gets better and the weather gets warmer!
Played in just over 4 hours which considering the challenge the course presents isn’t bad.

The course needs to get their grass growing on both fairways and tee boxes. Could just be that it is early for the grass to be fully grown.
I didn’t care for the course being so hilly which leads to many blind shots on many of the holes.
The greens were fine but the bunkers need some work.
During the summer if the grass comes in the course should play better.
The people at the course were very nice and friendly!
If conditions improved I would not hesitate to recommend the course as a change of pace.

The course was in very good condition, the staff was friendly and we were paired with a very nice father/son duo!
We played in 4 hours with almost no problem with pace of play. My only issue (very minor) is that there were no rakes for any of the bunkers which could lead to some crappy lies in the sand.
Would recommend this course to anyone even with its somewhat remote location.

This is a very fair course for all levels of ability. Hard and fast fairways and greens can be a challenge but fun to play.

I played on the Sunday after Christmas, the fairways and tee boxes had not been cut so they were a bit shaggy.. In hindsight I wouldn't have scheduled the tee time on that particular day as it makes sense that the ground crew had a well deserved day off. I have played the Mustang course and it was in great shape on a "normal" day.
My only real complaint is that the bunkers are very inconsistent with some having too much sand and others too little sand. All of the bunkers I was in had many stones which were revealed when you rakes out your tracks(I may have been one of the few to actually rake them)!
Lely is a nice place and the staff were all very polite and helpful!

This course is what I'd describe as an average public golf course. It's not too difficult nor is it too easy. The fairways are a bit rough and inconsistent but the greens were in pretty good shape and rolled well. Of course the greens are peppered with ball marks as people are too lazy or unwilling to fix them! This isn't the managements fault but they should try to remind people to perform this easy task which would improve everyone's experience and help keep the greens in good shape!
They are forcing people to ride 2 to a cart in these times of the Chinese virus although you can get a plastic divider if you are riding with a stranger. They don't have rakes in the bunkers so they are filled with footprints and gouges from previous players. A bit strange to make you share a cart but not have a rake to smooth out the sand!
The price was reasonable with a Hot Deal but I'd be hard pressed to pay any more than that to play this course with the current situation with the virus. All this leads to an average rating in my opinion. Not bad but not above average. I shot a 78 from the white tees with2 doubles.

This is one of my favorite courses in this area of Florida. Challenge but fair. Very good conditions and very friendly staff! I would recommend this course and actually have recommended it to others.

The Fox Club is one of my favorite golf courses in the area. The course is challenging but fair. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
The course is in great shape with the exception of several of the tee boxes which where in very rough condition!
I’d still recommend this course as they also seem to addressing the issue with the tee boxes.

We played in just under 4 hours which is a good pace of play for an afternoon tee time in March in this part of FL!
Course is in great shape, dry and fast with firm greens making the course challenging but fair. I'd recommend this course for anyone that wants to challenge themselves and their skills!

I have played the Fox Club several times and my only regret is that the club isn't closer to where I live!
This is a good course with challenging holes but a very fair layout. The fairways are ample and the greens are fun to putt with some challenging pin placements.
Worth the trip!

Had a great time playing today. Course was in great shape except for a few tee boxes but the overall condition was fine. Pace of play was excellent as we played in well under 4 hours!
Tough course but worth playing.

I actually played poorly but enjoyed playing the course again!
I will definitely be back to play again!
Hopefully, I’ll play better next time!

This is a very unforgiving golf course. The conditions are good and the people and staff are nice but be prepared to experience a tough round of golf. Elevated greens with steep slopes around them and deep rough surrounding the fairways can lead to many lost balls hence the nickname used by locals “Lost Ball”’!
Worth a visit but make sure you have plenty of ammo!

Pleasant day of golf! Great to see that the management is starting to fix some of the tee boxes. A fun day of golf!
