I have played this course multiple times over the years and the conditions continue to deteriorate. The layout is really nice, the pit holes are great and something you don't get in Florida.
Pro shop:
• Nice setup – friendly staff
Carts:
• Gas powered
Restaurant/Bar:
• Only open for lunch, seems to close daily at 3:00! We finished about 4:00 on a Friday and no bar!

Greens are good, a little slow but they putt true

The rough, is really rough. The grass is a mix of Bahia and St Augustine, and there are lots of bare patches and exposed roots

Pace of play is about 4-4 ½ hours

This could be a really nice setup, but they need some improved customer facing improvements, like the bar, a drink cart, battery power carts vs the noisy gas ones.

Overall, disappointing more each time I play there
