Overall layout really poor 2nd green is also the 13th green.
Golfers on the 13th tend to not see you and fire balls down the fairway at you. Hard hat a preferred option.
Greens reminded me of Southport beach really poor condition.
Staff not so welcoming . Ended up asking for a refund due to dangerous play.
