Great course layout. Challenging but fair layout. Course was in fantastic shape, fairways & greens.

Course in in great shape from tee box to greens. Green are rolling true compare to other courses in the area

Fairways are in great shape but some tee boxes are still damaged from February frozen turf condition.

Back 9 layout (over front ( layout of Twin Wells) is very much improved. Handled the recent deluge of rain in the area very well from past course history. Course conditions would have been so much better if the greens had been cut & rolled. Things were slow & bumpy on almost every green, putting was NOT fun at all. Smoother & better green conditions would have made for a perfect day.

Course conditions were impacted by the February weather and has NOT recovered at all.

Not very many obstacles to any fairway or green locations. You have to be careful of others wayward drives or send shots coming your way. Similar to Riverside in Grand Prairie for openness but very vanilla compared to Riverside layout.

Course was in great shape as usual. Hadn't played the course in 2 years but course amenities are remarkable. Great driving range setup, chipping & putting practice areas.

It lived up to the its reputation if being a difficult course. Long, beautiful, and demanding of good shots (that I couldn't locate all d*mn day long).

Staff continues to improve the course conditions and reshape course playing areas.

Course was in great shape & greens were lightning fast compared to previous golf outing around the city.

Golf is rounding into great shape now that permanent GM is there. Greens are returning to old form, fast and true. Introduced more ruff before out of bounds, still getting ise to it. Course is heading back in right direction

Course was in outstanding shape. Greens were very quick and rolled smoothly. Definitely will play again soon based just on the putting conditions alone.

Course conditions are shaping up to be great for rest of summer & fall. Green issues have finally been resolved & they are rolling smoothly. These are best they have been in some time. Great job by new staff.

The tee box and fairways are in excellent shape. The greens are finally starting to be recovered from fungus/weed issues. The greens haven't looked this good in a few years. Glad to see everything getting maintained well again.

Hadn't played the course in 3 years and improvements are being made but layout is unchanged. Greens are still in good shape but other parts of course are being improved gradually. No driving range currently but new clubhouse and patio is freakin' awesome.

Interesting course with wide open fairways on the front 9 and little bit tighter on second 9. Greens were in fairly good shape compared to other courses I played recently. Definitely will play again soon.

One of my favorite local courses but the greens are the worse I have ever seen them anytime. Also, playing conditions were not ideal because the greens had recently been aerated. Hopefully, after the recent deluge of rain in the area, the greens will come back as good as before.

Easy to find just outside of Austin. Course was in really good shape from all of the rainy weather. Greens were in good shape and rolled well.

This was my first time playing course after the redo from old Chase Oaks name. Course setup makes you play strategic shots and then there are holes to bomb away.

Course setup was very good for 9 hole course. Greens required accuracy because of small size and landing short of the hole because of hardness of surface. If the green surface can be improved, would be very worthy little 9 hole gem!
