Haven't played Tup in a while, it was a nice surprise. Course was in nice condition pace of play was wonderful.

On Saturday the 17th Our tee time was for 11:37 we didn’t we started for our round until 12:50 an hour and 10 minutes late. We were told someone booked a 4 some and showed up with 10 people so they didn’t have a cart for us. I thought they would make sure the people that booked tee times would have carts, but not here at Durham Lakes. When we started our round we only got to hole 4 because the cart wasn’t charged. We called the club house and told the manager the cart was not working he said he would come right out. We waited 30 minutes no cart. In the mean time we saw 2 groups pass us by. We called back we were told that again I’m coming to bring you a cart. Still a no show 40 minutes later as 3 more groups passed us by. We tried to call the club house again, this time no answer. We called GOLFNOW they tried to contact the club house and got no answer, they were sent to a 3rd party booking company that could not help. GOLFNOW did refund the booking fee. We finally walked back to the club house as we walked pass people in carts to find out that the club house was locked WE returned to Durham Lakes on Sunday the 18th and were told by the person running the club house that he could not give us a refund on our round, he said we needed to talk to the manager. Wow I will update you on what happens next when I contact the manager. This was the last time I will play this course. I wouldn’t play this place even if it was free.
