Over priced. TERRIBLE condition

$43 to play the oaks. Course is horrible conditions. Tee boxes are 100% dead grass, fairways are dead. I’d expect this for a $15 green fee, but around here $43 will get you on majority of courses that are FAR better. Go somewhere else.
