Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch
Played On 02/16/2022Beautiful condition and layout.
Had a great experience. Best course I played this year in FL..Some greens were a little spotty but all were true. Fairways and tee boxes were in excellent shape. Could not complete 18 because of 2 slow groups in front of us. Plan to come back next time I am in FL.
Manatee County Golf Course

Course was very crowded. Paid for 18 but could only get in 9. They should start skme people on the back 9 to speed up play.

The staff is very friendly and fit me right into the lineup with very little wait. There is range where you can warm up before going out. The course was in excellent shape. The greens were in very good condition and the fairways were recently mowed. The sand traps could use some work. Some did not have enough sand making it hard to blast out. The back nine is more difficult than the front but both are challenging. I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable round of golf on a well-maintained course.
