1) Layout: good layout
2) fairway and green: fairway is well maintained
Green is well designed and good conditions overall
3) Pace of play: great on a Monday afternoon . Don’t know about other times of the day and days of the week
4) Value: great value based on booking from Gilfnow

Unfortunately, for such nice greens, people don’t fix their ball marks. These are little things that people don’t pay attention to but it’s important to the Golf traditions and etiquettes. That makes golf different from other sports. I asked my golf companion whether he had a ball mark fixer and he said no! How can you fix a ball mark without the proper tool! I think the Marshall should ask all players before starting whether they have one in their bag. If not , give them one or sell them a cheap one and show them how to fix a ball mark.

Slow play ( not knowing how to move around a round) and no etiquette takes a way the enjoyment of a round !

Very challenging layout, good state course but the green are too slow.

I recommend this course

It’s a nice layout, too early in the year to talk about course conditions. Hopefully, when the grass is green, the conditions of the course would improve.

Course is in decent shape, greens are OK, except one where there was bare spot.

The layout is ordinary, but it’s ok for the rate. Flat and easy to walk. If you like planes taking on and off. Great, but if you don’t like noise, I wouldn’t recommend.

Overall, a nice experience

-greens are great and rolling true
- course is well maintained, you can see crew working hard
-tee boxes and fairways are well maintained
-my big complain is that it was so slow on a weekday. I can’t imagine on a weekend. As a result my round wasn’t enjoyable . Those professors must have been teaching on the course! or doing aerodynamic calculations on golf ball flight paths. The ranger was doing a good job putting people and scheduling rounds but did not appear to keep the rounds moving!

3) Bunkers: good conditions
4) Greens: great conditions. Well rolled so not so many ball marks, roll ok, can be faster (my personal preference)
5) pace of play: ok on the front, terrible in the back because a couple of groups too slow. This is a golf disease I suffer everywhere I go these days. People learn golf but they don’t get taught the etiquette of golf. It make a round less enjoyable. You don’t need to be a good golfer to learn to move around a golf course the most efficiently: keeping score at the next tee box, when a player hit before u, move to your ball and ready to hit. Put your clubs back at the next tee box, pick up at double pars, don’t rush during play but move off the greens faster to your cart after you putt. Play ready golf. It’s getting terrible!!! and bring a ball mark fixer, fix your balk mark, rake the trap for next person. Supposed to be a gentleman game, think about others . What happens????

A good course and layout. Fairways are well kept, but the greens need to be better this time of year. They seem to be dried and brown

On the scale from 1-5. I would give it a 4.95. 0.05 substrated for a little slow green

Well laid out, been raining but no standing water so it drains well.

Greens were real slow, could be a little faster.

Overall, a nice course

It is a great course to play on: great design, challenging but fair. Greens roll well and we’ll maintained. Also the view of the beautiful homes is a treat!

It had been raining hard the week before and the greens became a little soft, unfortunately, ball marks that don’t get fixed became noticeable.

Not the fault of the course but from players who don’t care about players who play after them!
