Greystone, if you have never played it is always in tremendous shape. With zoysia fairways and bent grass greens this course is a treasure and pleasure to play. Challenging yet fair. The only disappointing hole in my opinion is hole #12 as it is a non traditional set up. Overall this course is a must play in the Dickson, Tn. area.

This course has a challenging layout for all levels of golfers. From the tips you need to be able to work the ball all 3 ways, left to right, right to left and of course straight. Conditions of the greens were very good. Fairways had plenty of grass but due to the lack of rain / watering they were very firm so plan on the ball rolling out a ways. The ladies tee boxes could use some work. If you like a semi mountain course, tree lined fairways and a good challenge it is worth the drive and the money. Take bug spray and drink plenty of water. The trees block the wind on most holes.

I have played this course many times before and I always want to return and challenge it again. I moved to Florida 6 years ago and have been playing on Bermuda fairways and greens. The zoysia fairways were manicured and beautiful and the greens were receptive and rolled exceptionally well. The only reason I can't give this course a 5 star rating is the bunkers are in pretty bad shape.
